practiced several animals. The only problem was that our tools suck. We did
not maintain our tools OK so they are rusted or bended. I would like to

For general folks who care only the most significant biology phenotypes, any
published tools should be fine. Be aware many simply treats seq data as
array data after some transformations, which may not be statistically robust.
From personal experiences,actually the quality control of data prior to any
of these tools is more critical to the end results.

window desktop application 一样 鼠标点就行 就可以完成RNA的perprocessing分析
。 提供在windows 上run的solution。 使用业界标准的 processing tool
赞先只做 RNA-seq的 per-processing 包括 QA mapping 到output count data.
Tuxedo suite 用的时候也不是直接就能用啊。 你要学学怎么用。 再把相应的gtf 和
fa 啥的都找好。 然后你有multiple sample的时候 code 也得小改一下。当然 做完一
次之后 估计就不会再动了
请问您是专门做bioinformatics的吗？这个tool的target user 可能是lab里面的
postdoc 懂一点bioinformatics 但又需要开始分析这样的data |
