predict，和visualization。
Learning除了C和Python外，R，Matlab，ScalaNLP，Juia，Clojure，Apache Mahout（
Java/Scala), RJava, Weka Toolkit工业界和学术界都在用。学校里面不少人都是从
Weka开始接触ML的。我读的几本相关书都是选择用Java平台讲授ML的。
数据输入和预处理的时候更多是Java的生态圈比如SpringXD（Twitter Stream），
Apache Spark，Hadoop，cloud-based data，JSON，XML。
Visualization如果是web interface要求的JavaScript，HTMLCSS一堆生态圈，mobile
又是一堆不同的，如果集成到BI又是一堆不同的技术。 |

我写了一个Java Swing程序，我女儿试着用，结果她点击鼠标的时候发生了移动，但是
移动很小，程序认为是Drag.
我想认为设置这个。比如移动50个像素就不算移动，直到超过50才开始算，当然以后的
移动只要移动了一个也算。没开始移动过的鼠标松开就算点击了。或者说，很快的点击
（200毫秒内）如果移动不超过50个像素就算点击，不算拖动。
这个怎么做？我看Toolkit里面的setDesktopProperty都是protected，也不知道该怎么
用。Windows里面也找不到这样的设置。 |

CA and CRL comandline utilities and make it a lib for yourself.
thus you have all the utilities APIs to manage ur CA stuff, but
regarding the req revoke whatever operations between Client and CA, the
LDAP is also an open source.
If you don't like to do all these, get a toolkit
from leading PKI vendors like entrust, certicom OpenSSL is not the
way to go, the only useful stuff from there I foun dis the cryptolibrary

It seems NTFS support hard link.
I have installed MKS Toolkit so that I could use
ln to create soft/hard link in my NTFS.
But it seems it's terrible to use such kinds of link under NT.
Such as
mkdir test
ln -s test test1
cd test
vi abc
balabala
Now let's use explorer to remove the folder test1, then the file abc in test
is removed too. |

小心就把侧边栏工具给晃出来了。
网上搜了一下，自己下载了一个 iso，安装一切顺利，结果激活的时候狗血了。打了某
个网页里面的电话，中了那个support.me的scam。汗一个，用windows10几年了，结果第
一次MS打电话还是假的。中间各种怀疑，最终直接挂了电话。

折腾一晚上小几个小时，各种电话 + Googlesearch，搞不定，只能祭出Microsoft
toolkit大法。 |

used SOAP toolkit yet:) - I am using VS.NET.
There are a few choices for security in web service (the
only thing I know about currntly):
1. NTLM - .NET Framework has an API called
User.IsInRole("domainname")..
2. Form based authentication - passing cookies around (which
you were thinking)
3. soap header - pass your username/password in soap
headers..
I only know about these ideas, never written any code on
these;) |

some SNPs in your gene, while usually it needs controls, but of course you
can compare it with public available data such as 1000 genomes..
If you want to really "sequence" the gene, I know there are some targeted
sequencing toolkit such as Ion Torrent. In such case you can see the rare
mutation of this gene.

conclusion?
2) 'targeted sequencing toolkit such as Ion Torrent' appears to be able to
distinguish alleles (het vs. homo). Do you know which companies can do this?

留学生是415一个学分，绿卡减半，下学期好像又要涨一点，
suny是州立系统，cuny是市立系统，
我一个同学BMCC毕业的在我们program，
他BMCC用的paper都可以拿过来接着交，
每次只要挖挖以前的paper拿来交就行了，
说明ASN和BSN很多课其实都差不多的，
就是听说suny downstate学校那边很多黑人，
你实地跑一次去看看，但是他们有自己的medical center，
我选hunter因为地铁方便，在曼哈顿，大部分都是白人和亚裔，部分黑人，
SUNY他们那个program prefer有绿卡的学生，要申请要尽量早点。
RN－BSN Nursing的课都是每学期几个paper APA format，
老师都会提前告诉你要写什么，
最多就是有个期中考，有些没有期中考，
期末一般没有考试，平时就是听老师讲课，
看看老师给的文章，做几个online的certificate考试，
最多一个paper，然后期末就是group presentation。
这种都是给边上班边工作的护士设立的，
