not lower HR. In fact, high too cadence will increase
HR significantly. So when I test/compare improvement, I
keep the same cadence. I usually run 182-186. Tried 190,
kind of tooooo fast cadence for me for my LHR runs, because
my LHR speed is abour 1 mph slower than yours. |

mountains. There could be no else cars on the road for a couple of
hours at least when it was snowing hard or during deep night. If
it snows hard, the same rout could take me me more than 9 hours to
finish - 20-30mph on highway might be too fast in bad winter snow
storms!
So never felt a couple of hours of running boring either on
treadmills or outside. In fact, I only feel that running

it's very strange you felt heavy of a 167cm/115mm since you are capable of
driving them easily, at least fine. maybe you were applying too many short
turns, maybe the demo binding was too heavy, maybe the old boots were too

light, maybe you simply need to get used to larger skis...
But so I heard, I was impressed of your performance in powder with your
