the whole story on my side is:
when start the car you can heard metal grinding noise,heavy,(two things
cause such problem as I know (bad starter, or flywheel tooth off )
need to check the starter and flywheel condition.
Didn't see tooth broke on starter and flywheel. lucky for her.
mostly the starter problem, I tested it, find out the starter driver is bad.

我家猫咪JULY已经用petplan （Gold Plan)一年多了，去年一年都没有用上保险，今年
年初检查发现得了Resorptive Lesion, 找了specialist看病，保险除了deductible（$
50)跟copay(20%)之外的都包了。 一共拔了3颗牙（1 canine and 2 premolar)， 磨短
了d对应的canine。从file claim到看到网上claim closed 大概2个礼拜，总共费用
1400左右，保险公司出1100多。
去年五月我开始发现canine上面的牙龈红肿， ，到后来越来越厉害，蔓延到canine的
一半左右。五月时洗过牙，可是没有好转，到12月时再回去看医生，医生很自信的跟我
说是chipped tooth,牙龈出于保护的目的才会盖住牙齿。 在半信半疑的情况下我找了
specialist咨询，才发现是Tooth Resorptive Lesion, 中文资料很少，好像是叫做破

WCE protein concentration如果用100 ul的RIPA的话有1~2 ug/ul，不过这个跟我们的
spectrometer有关，我们一般1:400 dilute，终浓度太稀的话reading unreliable
Loading的蛋白量的话就根据看什么了，一些oncogene或者tumor suppressor的话我喜
欢10~30 ug，不过30 ug WCE的actin 1:10k，20 min还是太深了，我有时候用tubulin 1:10k，15 min好一点
BioRad的那套东西，15-tooth standard comb的话max应该是55 ul, 10-tooth好像可以
load 80 ul吧？ |

Dr. Sheikh 给我拔牙， 在拔上面智齿之前，却把旁边的好牙给拔了，
开始之前我就告诉他，如果上面那个不好拔，就别拔了。 中间我还提醒他是否在拔那
个智齿
他非常有信心的告诉我说只要5-10秒钟就能拔下来
开始拔上面智齿的时候， 三四分钟就拔下来一个，我以为是智齿。
后来他告诉我说almost done, 智齿还有部分没有拔出来，为了彻底拔智齿， 必须拔掉
旁边那个牙to get to the wisdom tooth， 我立刻表示，不行， that is not an
option， 当即停止，他反复劝说我继续拔， 我要来镜子一看， 那个好牙已经被拔掉
了，只剩一个压根， 智齿却没有动。 我立刻跟他吵了起来， 他开始撒谎说那个好牙
