吃福利最多的是主流人种的低收入的那些，但是这都不是太大的问题，只要经济增长了
，吃福利的人就会下降。关键是经济增长问题。
把眼睛老是往某些少数民族盯，真是没出息。
但是美国政府开支中最大问题是medicare，这个是67岁以上医疗全包，很多费用是在临
终前3个月上面花费了巨大金钱，这个和什么种族根本没有关系。美国政府其他开销不
是大问题。所以Obama的Obamacare方向没有问题，就是timing有问题。

beyond nature tooth，因而导致了牙疼。root canal specialist建议我做
microsurgery。我很怕做这个手术。而且不知道这种手术会有什么样的风险。 现在我
担心会不会最终lose this tooth。 如果不做手术，这种痛可不可能自己消失？不做手
术的情况下，时间长了会不会导致更严重的情况。现在牙齿还是sensitive to touch &

to buy a better electric toothbrush from Oral-B or Phillips. Yes, they are
more expensive but it's well worth the price difference IMHO. Think about
the dental expense you save if you have less tooth issue. Let alone the
toothache.

1. invisilign vs braces 这个是见仁见智的问题，不过我的感觉是总体来说braces
限制更少，适用性更强，他的最后的效果是比invisilign好一些的 用我的
orthodontist的话说是可以perfect 但是我网上也看了invisilign的效果，虽然可能不
会百分百perfect 但是已经很好了。除非你是特别挑剔的人，否则对于我来说就够了。
但是貌似invisilign并不是任何人都适用的，还是那句老话，详细的咨询牙医，我毕竟
是外行
2. 价格问题 我在纽约，但是感觉美国的orthodontics已经非常非常发达，所以感觉应
该全国各地差不了太多。总体来说你的treatment时间更长，价格自然会高的。我的上
一个帖子中一个ID ycc 非常好的提出了invisilign 的分类，这点我先前还真不知道。
