I was surprised that USC is not in top 25 until I noticed the program has to
have at least 10 pts in each sports to qualify the poll.
SEC has 7 teams in top 25 and prove they are the best conference overall.
Kentucky would be in the top 25 as well if there is no 10pts restriction. |

Hawkeyes仿佛是Top 5球队的噩梦，赢得了过去数年3场对Top 5的主场对战，又有去年
飞狗赢有米间接送我狮进big ten chap的比赛，历历在目。今天比赛颇受关注，被认为
是我狮本赛季第一场真正的test。
比赛过程可谓惊心动魄，我狮得势不得分，比赛直到最后一秒最后一个snap，walk-off
TD，才分出了胜利，艰难赢得了胜利。
防守方面，整体表现还算可以吧，对于鹰眼的rushing大部分时间有了充分的准备，不
过关键play时linebacker，safety之间的协调还是有一些问题，需要调整。
进攻方面，感觉问题有些多，OL right tackle屡次被爆，致使麦索里几次被sack，两
次被fumble，感觉box里面的警觉性需要进一步提高，也能因为这样，我狮空军本场几
乎渺茫，我几乎不记得我有看到TE的play。另外巴克利跑了211码，total 358码，绝对

出哪种取决于动作，击球时间，follow through弧线等等。就好象乒乓球可以打出前冲
弧圈和高吊弧圈。
under spin也有两种，一种是落地后不往前走，甚至往后弹，另一种是落地后弹起弧度
低，很像第二种top spin，区别是top的那种前冲时候加速，under的前冲时候减速。从
肩头等比较高的位置砍的球，比较倾向后面这种。如果是身前比较低的位置slice的，
是前一种。 |

其实我一直想发top spin来着，但是现在怎么发都会带side spin
而且感觉由于挥拍的轨迹，怎么都会带一点从左往右，难道纯top spin的击球点要比其
他都要低嘛？

老头果然经验老辣，半节课我就终于弄明白了top spin，flat，slice的区别与联系，
及动作的转换。
终于可以三种发球想发哪种就发哪种了，虽然威力，成功率还需要大幅提高，但是我终
于有了前进的方向了。
我打算以后一发80% top spin serve， 20% flat serve, 二发全都用slice serve。
这个大家有什么建议吗？
之前从没练过top spin serve，今天上完课以后专门又练了两筐，发现非常适合我的习
惯，觉得在不远的将来就能派上用场。 |

soil垫一块低洼地带，时间久了，土会变的非常硬。
这种土能用，但不推荐单独使用。种菜，土质有机质越多，越松软越好。我今年建了一
个raised bed。土的比例是1/3 top soil，1/3 compost， 1/3 peat moss。再添加一
