It has been a while since I updated this torrent, so here it is. As you can
see, there is nearly twice as much content! Version 1.0 has been deleted,
and this is the new (and improved) torrent! :) If anyone was seeding 1.0,
it would be greatly appreciated if you help me seed this torrent....that is
50% less I have to worry about! Any other downloaders can come over here as
well, it is the exact same files being downloaded (minus the new ones).

Torrent就需要洗液，所以得有几个大瓶子挂外面，但是Ion Torrent的chip也很小，

前两天看了一些贴子，其中有许多有关车和车，日本品牌和美国品牌，欧洲品牌车的争
论和比较。发现其中许多对比和比较很盲目。很多不具有可比价性，比如说Car 和SUV
那个安全。发现很多人同我以前刚来U.S.时一样, 对车的认识大多都停留在表面上。
在选车对比之前，我想大家应该对不同的车有个大概的了解。这也是我写此文的目的。
希望对于刚来美国并准备选车的人，能有所启发和期到拓展视野的作用。首先声明，本
人未在任何和汽车有关的行业工作，仅出于个人爱好。有不完善之处，希望各位参与讨
论并给于补充。
初到北美时，除了对国内的夏利，桑塔那VW, Audi, Toyota，Cherokee等有点印象外（
当然还有BMW， BENZ等，不过没有机会尝试）。对其它种类的车毫无了解。和很多人一
样，别人讲那一种车好， 自己于是就认为它好；别人说那种车不好， 知己也认为它不
好。 后来才发现其实自己对北美的汽车行业和市场完全缺乏认知。第一天走在大街上
， 发现国外的车真是千奇百怪，什么样的都有，你很难找到一模一样的车一前一后同
时开来。

下东西一定要小心，用可靠的torrent client, 从可靠的地方下载，
在pirate bay之类下的时候最好下magnet而不是torrent

发帖数: 4984 | 38 今早有人问我对于PACB的看法，不好意思，今天蛮多事情，还来不及马上回复。 说实
在对于下一代测序本人不是专家，不过也随便讲几句。其实Mutate大牛是搞测序的，具
体可以问他。 我曾经到过Ion Torrent看过他们一个Demo，不过感觉比Illumina的方法
差一些。PACB的话，我以前有一个同事在那边工作，后来离开了，问他原因，他说
Bored。 至于长片段有没有用，我的观点是肯定好一些，但不是绝对的。下一代测序是
把短片段通过软件接起来，目前大概Ion Torrent的小片段就100多个碱基，然后串成整
个Genome Sequence。长片段连接的准确率高，短的就差一些，不过还要看软件怎么写。
值得一提的是，测序在临床上的使用还只是开始，能够解决的问题不多，主要是遗传性
疾病，最大的用途是找SNP，现在的Pharmacogenomics很热，也所谓的个体化医疗方案
。现今了解到不少疾病或者药物反应和某些SNP有很大的关系，因此筛选SNP成为分子诊
断非常重要的一个环节。不过测序有点用牛刀，有些东西，一个RT-PCR就可以解决，
