步的大都是亚洲人,不知道是否都是中国人. Torrypine高中里感觉也有不少人不是什么
好东西. 我太太的妹没今年那里毕业,也是个无心向学的典型美国Teen,讲穿讲用花钱最
厉害,都看不过去了. |

多走路很有帮助～ 整个孕期我没有增重太多，前三个月体重掉了些，3个月以后，基本上是按照书上写的一周一磅的增
长。每天保证至少1小时
的
运动时间，初期天天游泳，中期回国一趟，每天陪爸妈走路爬山锻炼，中后期周末还跟LG一起出去小强度的爬山赏枫
叶。后期为了保持体重稳步增长，更是坚持走路＋逛街。
从34周开始，OB就告知我baby size不小，并预言出生体重会达到8磅～ 所以最后一个
月更是疯狂的走路，希望小baby
能提前发动。在我39周第三天的时候，LG带着我跟妈妈去了海边torrypines state reserve
trail 爬山涉水的走路3个半小时，
回家后mucus plug就掉了，并有不规律的宫缩，第二天我忍痛还是出门转悠了半小时，
第三天凌晨5点钟，吃了个丰盛
的早餐就去医院了，虽然当时还没有到5－1－1的程度。
到了医院一检查已经4指，立刻被接受，后来上了挨批丢，舒舒服服的等着开指，还后
悔早餐应该再多吃一点。。虽然带了些零食，但是本本主义的老公除了ice chips 外什
么都不给我吃 ：（
