Gregory Deva 60
最开始去试包时主要考虑的是重量,首先圈定的是Osprey Aura,Gregory Jade等。去
了REI先量Troso length,确定包都得用小号,然后把Osprey的一背,也说不出哪儿不
舒服,后来意识到是包的torso length太长了,这下也好,Osprey的全部放弃。再看看
剩下的也就剩Arc'Teryx,REI,Gregory和Granite Gear可能有我的torso length了。
Arc'Teryx的还是嫌太沉,不考虑。REI的venus背上去也说不出哪儿不对,就是不舒服
,免。Gregory Deva 60一背上,哈,我总算知道传说中的重量在hip上的感觉了,但,
包重5磅6oz呢,再看看吧。Gregory Jade 50只有3磅多,但小号的容积只有45升,小了
点吧,犹豫中。。REI的热心店员MM说论轻好还是Granite Gear,但REI没有,指点我去
Adventure 16看看。去Adventure 16一看,外挂少,侧包少,方头方脑的,不喜 |

一般backpack都得试试,不过你如果确定torso长度合适,想撞撞运气的话当然可以买

身高体重都不重要,除了torso要fit,包的设计满足你的需求之外,
就看你背的感觉了。
Jade系列还有一款60,大一些,设计也稍有不同。
不知道你买包目的是啥,如果就是背着出去cragging,Jade 50我都嫌大。 |

backpack的选择有了些概念。我现阶段的主要需要是weekend trips为主加偶尔的Multi
-Day,需要的load-capacity主要在25-35磅(争取小于30磅),所以主要看的都是
ultralight class的背包,比如老的REI Flash 50,新的Flash 62,Granite Gear的
Blaze 60,还有Opsrey的Atmos(看了看他家的Exos,实在不喜欢那种should和hip几乎
没有padding的)。
周末跑了一趟REI,不爽的是寄予最大希望的Blaze 60(毕竟是2011的editor choice奖
)居然没有现货,于是花了几个小时楼上楼下窜,把其他三个都试了一遍,每个都试了
25磅和30磅的load。
感觉load capacity最好的是Atmos,当然它的自重也最重(3磅半),Airspeed的透气
性确实好,也适合我们这边的天气,但正如另一个帖子里童鞋们说的,那个空隙其实有

的torso length 18"好像很长的样子。最好让别人重新量一下。torso length 自己给

a***n 发帖数: 584 | 13 我没用过baby carrier。下面提供的,是跟据自己做的功课,交谈,和观察。
新型的baby carrier虽然有torso support/fitter, 但还是不管用,主要还是肩膀受力
。因为孩子所坐的位置就在肩膀附近。背包旅行,装包的时候我们会尽量将重的物品放
在接见core的地方,比较近背梁骨。但背孩子的位置一般不会这样。我们会将孩子背高
一点,让他们也看看四周,而且会将孩子的腿自然环绕着我们的身体。不过,有torso
support,还是寥胜于无。
还有就是,不知道你的体力如何。背着二三十磅的,会动来动去的小娃娃,加上背包的
重量,比背包露营还难。每次走的时候,尽量控制在全程五小时以内。
另外,贴身也不好。小心会出痱子。
旧的背袋,一般着力点在小腹或后腰。平常或许没问题,但爬山就不行了。
所以,选carrier还是选新型的,有网线透气的,最重要的还是挑肩带比较宽的。 |

IMHO, the challenge is how to release the edge at end of turn when the snow
is soft/sticky. Basically there are two ways: by raising your upper body (
jumping) as the Bode shows; the other one is by flexing (keep torso steady,
while pull your legs towards your torso).

是腰部小,因为 torso length可能也做相应的调整,这样一来腰部合适的话,可能穿

如果买小了4-5号卡阴卡肩就适得其反了。如果lz胸部特别大,也不要太压胸。但胸和

角度上是“接近”90度。其实这是我的教练给我的一个tips,帮助纠正动作,让动作正
确或者接近正确。
重点是不管打直线还是斜线,你都要在击球瞬间尽量把胸部面向侧面,而不是对手。
我自己打单反时候的体会是这样做可以put your whole body/torso behind the ball
。另外
击球瞬间基本上上臂是Locked,so you can transfer the power/weight of the
body/torso to the ball.
如果你的身体是打开的,你的身体就不在球的后面:你是用胳膊打球了。

1.正面对球网,来球比较浅时,正手击球还是身体保持open,这样需要探身高挑;应该
主动上步侧身,打spin。使身体close。这是footwork的问题。
2.footwork问题。击球后回位不及时。footwork是一切的基础和最重要的部分。
3.发球。一发,要牢记屈膝身体后仰,用整个torso的力量。
最根本的弱点,还是上肢力量太弱,击球无力;需要更好使用整个torso力量,击球前
转动身体,拖拽手臂击球;手臂只控制spin。用身体力量击球! |
