如果整场比赛只看一项数据 -- Yards per passing attemp by QB --
就看这么一项,
其他TDs, Ints, Fumbles, 3rd Downs, Total Yards, Sacks, TOs, Running Game,
统统都不看.
过去10年20年, 赢球率高达80%.
很难相像这么复杂的运动里有这么简单强烈的correlation.

straight runs, it was 3rd and 10 at own 42 yard. Shot gun formation, Denver
showed blitz, surprisingly brady got a high snap and punted for 48 yards to

and is not something like show-off or classlessness as some people here

首先，两队的差距没有比分上的差距那么大。Luck的表现也没有那么差（用乳剂的标准
）。进攻得分24分，第二个pick 6也已经攻入红区了。一直到上半场结束实际上扣子还
有机会。主要是几个TOs kill了扣子。扣子的跑攻太差，落后之后更加依赖传攻，小鸡
对付乳剂一直有一套，让0Luck掉进了他的陷阱。对一个乳剂来说，这种属于growing
pains,总要经历那么几次才能成熟起来。有意思的是，按新的QBR，Luck昨天的得分高
于白菜和阿龙。如果没有重大伤病的话，我看好他的前途。
昨天真正差的其实是防守和特种队。当然防守队两名首发CB都缺阵，对手又是鼻子，防
不住也是早就能预料到的。特种队的表现就实在是渣了。除了一个punt return TD,另
外还有一个49码punt return.如果防守和特种队不改进的话，永远不可能和强队抗衡。
但如果这两个方面改进的话，两三年内如果再遇上拍子，我觉得还是有机会的。 |

the game clock -- incompletions, scores, TOs, challenge, injuries ... But
still none stops her from complaining, of course.
Women's creed for men: hurry up, and wait.
But, she did grant me approval to go to the Super Bowl, UN-prompted and no
conditions attached. I am forever indebted to her for that. |

No I disagree.
He had 30 seconds and 2 TOs left.
I would have kicked it on 3rd down, with 5 seconds and 1 TO left,
so that you could kick again with a fumbled snap or penalty,
which was far more likely than a KO return TD that ensued. |

scored, there'll be close to 30 seconds, with 2 TOs for pats. So there's
still non-trivial likelihood for pats to get a FG to tie. The safest way is
to take a knee, but that'll lose them a yard or two, which they don't want.
So what's the best way of (1) not scoring right away; (2) not losing yards;
and (3) burning a few seconds? Maybe throwing away is not a bad option.

How many team could recover from 3 TOs without panic? How many coaches
still trust QB after 2 int and 2 fumbles when the 2nd guy may be as good?
Look at the fire power we have this year on offense and not to mention
the solid D.

Quality is even more important.
E.g., involuntary TOs are welcomed because it means the players
are not contributing.
Voluntary ones are more damaging because that usually means
the players went for better options.
Early bail for NFL is always more damaging than transfers
who cannot play.
JT had huge TO problems in the 03 class, which may have contributed
greatly to our two poor showings in two NC games.

converted to pts. I also think DR is not 100% now. so it slows him down a little bit. And the coaches try to reduce his carry per game. If we have a more effective RB, this offense will be completed.

For all 4 loss we had this year, it is the same pattern: O could not move
the ball, either very quick 3 and out, or TOs, which put D in a very bad
situation. Thus, part of D's problem is because of O could not move the
ball consistently. |
