回帖里不少id给了宝贵建议，特别鸣谢sealight强调的晨跑，我lg不忙的时候带过一段
，结果娃那几天确实活跃很多，白天走路都是蹦蹦跳跳的，虽然还是骨头软和歪歪扭扭
的，但是起码有了活力，可惜最近lg又忙了，只好暂停，等3、4个月后我能陪他折腾再
说了。
娃现在情况好些了，至少不怎么趴着了，下午老师来家里的时候也特别活跃，东跑西跑
的，我觉得他习惯了没有午觉然后早睡的作息是一方面，同时前段时间爸爸能带着运动
也好很多。
这期间我带他去学区做了PE的评估，那里的孩子大多是坐轮椅，走路都走不好的，所以
他虽然low muscle tone，但是不符合接收标准。有趣的是，娃在那里试课的两次，非
常喜欢那个体育课堂，回家后还一直念叨要去。我觉得是以为那些活动比较简单，适合
他的水平，同时是教室setting，两个老师三个娃，得到的指导也多，所以比gym课的效
果好。

video a couple times and wasn't able to get an angle on if he is spinning
the ball or tossing the ball up. I agree if he is just tossing the ball up,
it would be damn hard to keep the ball on 1 hand. |

coin toss 以后必须on side kick到中场线+_ 10 yards 以内，两队抢球，拿到球不能
立即进攻，停表从拿球位置或者中场开始进攻。如果开出中场+_10yards需要重开。
这样coin toss拿到possession的优势就会减弱一些，对开球的人也还可以有机会拿到
球，然后特勤队的价值也体现了。 |

这种情况SABAN有过两次, 2007年对UTENN, 开赛前知道五名球员被禁赛, 两个首发OL,

上狗：Minn(-5.5),UM(-4),OSU(-7),PSU(-7)

esp can toss backhand serves, also very very few can twiddle as fast as
i do.
I have some skills rated over 2200 if not 2400.
It takes athletic ability to do that, let alone i learned those skills
all by myself in playing real matches. I never practiced multi-ball
serves before. |

For me, my left foot(I am right-handed) is parallel to the baseline before the
serve. Bend your body back, turn your torso, shoulder and swing your racket
smothly. some ppl suggest 打背. It depends, if you toss the ball high, you can

Yes, practice is very important. Getting consistent serve is key to win match.
Relax when you practice serve, use only 60% of your power. 80% of power is

Youtube. The point is that there are many things you have to learn for your
serve and you have to learn/practice them one by one. Hard things for me are:
1) stable toss
2) natural back drop (and timing)
3) sufficient pose (and timing)
4) proper pronation
The bad toss will mess up all the rest. |

发帖数: 601 | 49 Beaten so badly by his service. Have to study why he has so powerful service considering he is not a very tall guy. So I take some snapshots of his service motion.
Firstly his toss is good, keeps left arm straight, his racket faces down. Secondly, after toss, he bends his knees so much, even some pros do it just half of his level. Thirdly, he jumps forward and up, which not only helps him to generate power, also makes his service look like coming from a 6 feet player.
