6年前从builder手中买的新townhouse，同一排共5家中的第一家，totol 1700 sq feet
，当时builder告诉我们这5个townhouse的设计和大小都一模一样。
现在打算卖房。list agent 帮我们调出了小区里最近几年的交易资料，其中包括和我
们同一排的townhouse，才发现其他几个房子在转手的时候，标的sq feet 都高于 1700
这个数，有一家竟然号称有2100. 我的agent 说，他们可能在卖的时候，把 closet，
bathroom,等等都加上了。她说这些不应该包括进去，因为不能住人，所以不是真正的
living space。她还说上realtor课的时候，老师就是这么给她们讲的。 我的list
agent很年轻，没太多经验，用她是因为她是我的朋友，刚开始这一行，没什么客户，
所以想帮她一下，可是这将近400 的差别让我很难释怀。请问大家，房子的大小到底应

就不用出现在1040表上了。其实所有寄给你的税表，IRS都有存底的。
treaty的部分，中美treaty Article 19写了researcher入境后3年免税，版上也都讨论
得很清楚。你和你LG需要各自填一张8833表claim treaty（如果你LG被hold了税才需要
填8833表额外claim treaty，否则不需要填），再把申请免税总额的负数填在Line 21
。可以参考精华区4。
1099MISC应该附带有个instruction告诉你怎么填1040表。
Line22的totol income应该已经减去了免税的部分。如果你没有其他deduction，也就
是Line 23到36都没有项目，AGI的确跟Line22一样。 |

Fulltilt, it's totol nonsense to throw away As when you are in bubble
facing allins. You are making a couple bucks at bottom of the money for
hours of grinding. Forget about miracle, you basically got no chance for
winning if short-stacked going in. All people can call you 3xBBs allin and
check it down.

dissection with pathology confirmed advanced thyroid cancer, most likely
follicular cancer. Pt may has parathyoid injury or removal during surgery
