发帖数: 18319 | 1 今天进城事情很顺利，正好在hells kitchen附近，决定去totto体验一下。
首先说的是亚洲女小留没见到几个，倒有好多分不清国家的wsn。等了一会儿就坐下来。
totto小的可怜，2张4人桌子，1张2人的桌子，外加一排椅子在吧台。
菜单种类少得可怜，服务员态度很一般，还好灯光昏暗，也看不清她那张臭脸。
随便点了第一个面条和叉烧肉得topping。
mlgb，面条端上来了，看着就没食欲。就2块肉，碗里一堆葱段（不是葱花哦），面条
很细很细，结果好像中间还没煮熟，很硬。最恶心的是汤，很难喝，太浓了，就好像装
了一碗小笼包的汤，根本不能喝。
饭店装修给人感觉就够差了，面条更是不能吃。要不是beefcurtain同学墙裂推荐，我
肯定早就夺门而逃。
现在胃里还感觉不舒服，汤太浓了，恶心。以后再也不去totto了。还好下星期ippudo
开张，还是ippudo好。 |

ramen place at 52nd and 9th...
so i went there for lunch today. tiny little place, a long fucking wait.
the rame is more expensive than sapporo. i ordered miso rame, 11.5 dollars,
sappo costs 9.5 dollars. the portion is about the same as sapporo.
however, it doesn't taste that good. before sapporo "renovated" their menu,
and all their noodles went to shithole, they had a better miso ramen than

fucking blocks and wait 15 mins before i sit my butt down and get some
noodle at totto ramen...
on a side note, u know ur legs are fucking short, when u sit at the bar at
totto ramen, and ur feet can't touch the fucking ground, and u sit awkwardly
for the entire meal
anyways, today, i saw this hooot hooot japanese chick. if she didn't speak

发帖数: 18319 | 15 今天头顶着烈日，决定专门进城为ippudo剪彩。事实证明我的决定是十分正确的。
中城的ippudo在51街和8，9大道之间。跟totto类似，也是一个半地下室，但是空间很
大，很干净。一进门，只见一位红色上衣的大美女，热情的跟我们打招呼，然后带我们
坐到大厅。装修的和下城类似但是不同。大厅的桌子很高，椅子坐着也很舒服。光线很
足，不象下城灯光昏暗。
菜单似乎没有下城的丰富，种类少了一些，但是经典的都在。我们点了一个赤丸一个白
丸，加了一份肉。等了大概5-10分钟吧，白丸就端上来了。服务员非常热情，非常专业。
ippudo的汤也很浓，但是一点儿不腻，非常好喝。面条确实煮熟了，但是还是很滑很有
口感，没有煮软了的感觉。还有肉，另加的肉和自带的不同，一个是五花，一个是瘦的
。肉切的比totto要薄很多，吃起来不费力气，而且感觉更清淡。ippudo把葱切成葱花
，另外还有黑色的菜，好像是蘑菇吧，总之很好吃。
我吃的很快，而朋友的红丸还没有上来。后来服务员很无奈的通知我们，厨房出了一些
问题，今天不能做面了。他们很抱歉，所以决定给我们2个coupon下次用。同时我吃的
这碗免费。。

中餐：Grand Sichuan,和Sichuan Gourmet就不多说了，还没吃到过不好吃的菜，觉得56街朵
颐比39街的好吃，外卖还送好多橙子
日：
Yakitori Totto：吃烤串，味道偏咸，人那个多啊，小贵, 性价比不如下面两家
Aburiya Kinnosuke：也是各式小点，非常好吃，tempura很赞，有个cod fish真是mouth
watering，还不用等位子！
Sake Bar Hagi：这家地处touristy center，人暴多，等得久了自然什么都觉得好吃，印象最
深的是烤鱼嘴，烤串也不错，还不贵
Totto Ramen：吃过的最喜欢的一家拉面馆，汤的浓度香度正好，Ipuddo，Minca太闲，
Setagaya等太淡，Jersey City的面太不筋斗（我是拉面控）
Mei Kui Tei：这家店拉面用料很不新鲜，因为离MOMA近我竟然去了两次，非常好找，门口有一大
滩污水的就他了
Kyotofu：Japanese dessert, 刚吃过，dinner和dessert都很‘小巧’精致

u should try their white pork soup ramen. really good.
u may not make a reservation by phone, but u can go their and make
reservation in person in 2 hours and come back.
better than totto, since totto u have to wait there all the time. |

第一， 菜是我在全美国， 吃过最好吃的中餐之一。 鳝丝拌面， 臭豆腐，蜜汁原蹄，
真的好吃。 你不是上海人， 苏州人， 就别去那里吃。 就像我从来不怎么去什么小
绵羊， 辣火锅的中餐馆一样， 北方人，吃不惯的， 就别去！
第二， 我这人有一个原则。 我去餐馆吃饭， 从来不觉得高服务生一等。 boston的
猥琐男女， 不知道为什么， 特别是那些傻逼所谓高等教育的猥琐男女， 大概平时受
老板的anal rape太多了， 只能去中餐馆里， 找高人一等的感觉。 那个什么“白白

还有88门口那一家好像也是日本人开的，也是特别不好吃
不夸张的说，康师傅比小日本的面好吃5倍 |
