律师说XM0100比较touh，RFE又交了3封独立推荐信，引用过我文章的，还是没过。
RFE承认review and authorship, 质疑major contribution,没有 industry
application.
现在的背景是：

文章：11篇，一作文章4篇，IF~12左右，CNS子刊一篇
审稿：40篇，60次
引用：200，一作引用
版上大牛给建议一下，我看了一下自己的条件比第一次EB1A的时候还是提高了不少的，
能立刻重新组织材料re-file不？ 虽然我的纸质拒信还没收到。
