和卖家说好180K，结果offer递到银行后，1个银行同意了，但另外1个银行还价回来要
185.3K。然后我的agent说后面有2个人在waiting list上。
请问这种情况下还能跟银行还价吗？我们想着能不能让卖家cover 我们的closing cost
。有可能吗？还请哪位指点一下怎么办？非常感谢！ |

，一个停车道， 一个停自己房子一边的curb。 我家2两车， 一个停车道，一个停马路
对面的curb。B家3辆车， 自己家车道1辆， 自己家对面curb一辆。她家第3辆车总是停
我家对面curb， 我有时可以停她后面。 有时因为右边邻居也停车， 我就需要停在我
家右边两个房子对面的curb。我很不高兴。口头交涉过， 贴过条在她家门。人家无动
于衷。 还变花样的非挤在我房子前面停车。关键的关键，她家第二辆车前面永远永远
没有车。也就是说，她停在C的房对面， 那里没有车，再往前半条街都没车。我也不用
回家的时候想今天停哪里？
