其实买房子就是投资和享受的权衡，楼主既然考虑买新房，就属于偏向享受路线的，所
以也不要过多得去考虑划不划算，买个自己喜欢的比较重要。实际上，相对旧屋市场，
新屋市场基本没有所谓的deal，一分价钱一分货。你看着便宜，最主要就是因为那个
location本身就不贵，jail，味道都是大问题。其次，从房型上说，最不喜欢的就是进
门那个长楼梯。试想买了一大堆东西回到家，还得扛上去...95131/95035的新房里面，
个人觉得还是hampton park从location/房型/价钱上综合考虑后好一点。这几个新房都
是condo title，townhouse living style而已，hoa都是200多。如果down很紧张的话
，其实可以考虑FHA loan，3.5%的down就够了... 阅读全帖 |
