标 题: 我对Toyota和别的公司在零件成本的了解

有人贴了一篇详细分析Toyota刹不住车的原因。我没看懂，也不知对错，但对里面提到
的硬钢套软铁这个成本问题有异议。如果那辆Toyota车真是用了这种套件， 那成本绝
对比全钢要高。因为那个套件加工工艺比全钢要高，工艺成本也要高。这个钢又不是什
么贵金属。BMW的有一款车的发动机壳就是用套层技术来减轻重量。
有时汽车采用塑料等材料并不是为了降低成本。我曾经Benchmarking过Accord I4 发现
，它的4个 Engine Mount中的一个（我没记错的话应该是左面）的Bracket用的是一种
树脂塑料。我不知是那家公司提供的，但我绝不认为Honda是因为成本而采用这种材料
。这是一种高强度塑料。我认为采用这种高强度塑料一是为了降低重量，二是既满足日
常行驶时的强度要求，也为了在发生碰撞时，这个Bracket先 |

1）toyota 最近收回了这几年新产的车， 包括Lexus,因为brake的问题。
2）我自己最近几次出去玩，都是租toyota yaris或matrix， 确实觉得brake不对劲，
体现在两个方面：
i) 每次踩闸， 车都会颠一下，然后家人都晕车了，不管我开的或者踩的多么平稳。
2）有一次在高速上，前面车突然慢下来，我紧急踩闸，租车出现了短时间内的刹车有
些局部失灵，然后我采取了一踩一松的办法才把车停住，当时出了一身冷汗，主要是我
自己的车好像每次一紧急的时候，第一时间就已经基本停得差不多了，而这个租车（
Yaris）还能快速滑行好几米远，到最后停下的时候，基本贴在前面的bumper了，但庆
幸还是有几厘米的距离吧。 可问题是，正常情况下，和前面的车能有多远啊， 谁开高
速能和前面拉得开10米的距离啊。
所以，我开始转向Honda了，可我没开过honda，所以哪位开过的告知，honda这几年的

给压下了。换了胎据后说死得更多，也给压下了。桥石后来觉得亏大了，CEO还发信给
国会交通委员会要揭露真相，结果没人理他。日本人觉得跟美国人玩玩不过就作罢了。
toyota安全质量上帝问题确实不小，但也是花了大钱收买了不少议员和媒体的，这事要
是在3年前也就摆平了。不过这次经济危机中，巴马要提高就业率，阻止国内产业空洞

的所谓的价钱都比较高，不能太相信。跟有实际参考价值的网站是fitzmall.com, 比较
msp 接近的同型号就可以。
还有最好的信息源就是 siennachat dot com 有分享的买车经历和实际价格。

我2016年5月lease的新车 2016 Toyota RAV4 LE FWD，只跑了 9000miles。
lease是2019年5月22号结束，还剩20个月，每年可以跑12K miles。
有TOYOTA CARE来支付保养费用。
我因为家庭原因要离开美国，所以不得不transfer lease 或者卖掉这辆车。
车子很新，没有出过任何车祸。

1. 回家等邮件，没收到邮件说明你的车没问题
2. 出问题的车都是在100K Mile以上的，新车没问题
3. 这是一次非常小的Recall，不需要担心
虽然我知道他们试图减轻客户的心理压力，但我不喜欢他们拿客户当孩子哄。
昨天，早上Maintain Required的灯亮了，开到Toyota Kirkland。他们说每5000 Mile
这个灯都回亮，提醒用户换机油，上次给换机油时没有把这个基数器Reset。
我顺便问起Recall的事，他们说可以给修，当天可以修完。
修复方案如下：
1. 对Floor Mat剪裁，减少对油门和刹车的影响
2. 给油门加一个小的东西，避免油门被卡住
3. 截短油门踏板half inch
4. 更新控制程序，刹车Override油门。
Dealer不能给每个客户提供备用车，但可以提供接送服务。
我今天早上把车交给Toyota Kirkland， 做了Paper work。等了5分钟，有人叫我说可

2003年我从Houston 610边上的Mike Calvert dealer买了这辆崭新的Toyota Corolla，7年来只
是按时带它到Mike Calvert dealer那里去做维护保养，没有给我任何麻烦，7年前我对
汽车的mechanic一无所知，7年后，我几乎仍旧是一无所知。我也没有给它任何麻烦，
唯一的小缺憾是一次倒车不小心擦到了右后面的bumper,有点刮痕。可惜的是现在因为
回国要和爱车分别了，希望给它找个好下家。

spy shot的多少跟是否滥用virtual test没有必然的相关性。用spy shot做理由很
业余。
你说来说去就3点：1.你认定丰田出的爆冲比别人多; 2.你不相信driver errors; 3.你
咬定ECU有问题。你不停地用这3点相互证明。其实这3点我都解释过。
为了考证你的第3点，我google了Toyota "virtual test" ECU；也试着加上"abuse"
之类的词语，每次搜索的前20条我看了，没见到你所说的toyota滥用virtual test相关
的网页。
你不相信NTHSA的调查结论。但是NTHSA有数据、有证据，你却没有。你可以去质疑
NTHSA使用的数据，但是你必须为你的结论给出直接、明显的证据。到目前为止，你
提出的理由要么根不是证据、要么本身就是错的。你一直没有给出数据、参考、或者
相关网页。把结论搁在一边你应该学习如何去论证一个结论，对得起你的EE和CS专业。

车拖到修车行,星期五修车行懐疑是computer芯片有问题, 打到dealer又拖车拖到
dealer, 结果确实是computer芯片有问题,dealer免费给换了,Dealer说他们那有这部件
,星期六就换了.
我在VA-DC 区域.听说好多的2006 Toyota Corolla LE computer芯片有问题,但Toyota
没有recall这个型号的车. |
