看10年的chart比Barclays bond稳定但收益更好,和SP500比10年收益也不差而且更稳
定。我是投资新手,所以感觉这个貌似很好啊?可是问什么morningstar评级不高呢?

If you want to have global bond exposure, Hasenstab is as good as anyone,
and he is also a good currency trader. Now he is heavy on EM bonds, if you
like what he is doing, it is a fine fund to invest in, although I like his
CEF version, GIM, better.

I do not know why you want to have 40% emerging market bond.
I will use Spartan 500 to cover US, Spartan Global ex-US to cover foreign,
and if I want to overweight EM, DFA Emerging Market is a good one.
On the bond side, I will use PIMCO Total Return, and at most 30% of total
bond portion go to EMB. I will use TPINX/TGBAX for that portion, since right
now they are mostly in EMB, and they can move to other part of the world if
