Try to do some research about this web and trackgc.com, and you can find PL
samples. I believe that you know yourself much better than lawyers. Many
lawyers' PL will be based on the reference letters from your referees. Do it
yourself and polish your PL by asking help from others such as your friends,
colleagues, etc.
Of course, you need decide this issue by yourself. I hope you are lucky to
find a good lawyer if you decide to use lawyers' services. |

白绝大部分还是得自己来做...
感觉自己没那个水平? 那只是你的感觉. 网上那么多信息资料, 本版也有很多人可以问
, 很多贴可以查. 律师的水平啊, 极其少数好的可能有,估计绝大多数人都遇不上. 绝
大多数人遇上的都是呼悠你钱的,水平就是用模版的水平.

发帖数: 153 | 33 我是主绿卡申请人 (EB3)，my wife是spouse.当初EAD都给了两年有效期. 去年renew
时，我给了两年有效期,而她只给了一年有效期 (第一次 renew). PD是2005年4月. 140
已批了. EAD 今年七月底到期.
今天给USCIS打了两次电话，第一个agent说没机会改，第二个agent给我递了一个要求
改两年的request,说30天内给批还是不批答复.
因为EAD快到期了，不想等USCIS答复.版上看到有人直接给USCIS递要求改两年的申请.

If the reference agrees to use your draft and revise it, that'll be fine. Or if they don't want to use your draft, you can give them an outline of the reference letter to specify what contents should be there. Your lawyer should give you that outline. |
