number，发现已经delivered了。但是信箱中一直没有。去Ebay要求仲裁，Ebay把我锯
掉了，说卖家提供了tracking records已经投递了，所以不必负责任。
大家有没有遇到过这种情况。 |

上班，加急成功但是好几天了网上没有更新tracking number！不知道还要等多久！真
是着急呢！
附加急tips：
我是50天了才办理加急的！打电话说明有offer，选择第一项financial loss，然后说
让等五天回复，结果email他登记错了我也没收到email于是又打电话问，说让fax或者
mail supporting documents.于是照做！期间还打电话给了congressman，联系到了一
位议员的助理专门处理此事，她非常热情！就是中间耽搁了几天，但基本上议员回复说
USCIS收到请求到card production总共四天！我回邮件感谢议员，她说我发邮件的前五
分钟她也收到了USCIS的答复！所以看来我的case全是议员的功劳哇！：）就是现在卡
还没拿到手上，所以大石头还没落地啊！：（ |

今天发现直接寄到了信箱，刚才查了状态，是已经deliver了，才有了usps的tracking
number
所以有类似状态的朋友不用着急，也可能是直接寄出来了，收到卡才会有trakcing

估计是usps或者uscis的人手懒，pickup的时候没更新，deliver了才更新的状态

你就别费心了，不可能自己TRACK的。楼上说的什么让人事给你建账号，都是好心没办
好事。如果你真是个小公司，那人事肯定不管这些事，什么都是你自己亲历亲为过了，
也就不会来问这种问题了。来问的通常是自己没有经手整个程序的同学。这种情况下，
账号都是人事一个(公司账号)，律师一个。就算人事给你建个账号(不可能地事情)，你
也没有ACCESS去看人事账号FILE过的CASE，或者律师账号FILE过的CASE。
你为什么要TRACK，本来就是一个批了和没批两种状态。批了你还怕你们公司或者律师
不告诉你？版上常有人问这个问题，我作为一个每天跟PERM公司，律师，劳工部打交道
的人来看，很想大声告诉你们，木有用的。三个月还没有动静的就FOLLOW UP 一下好了
，这期间定定儿待着该干嘛干嘛吧。 |

回事）我今天打电话给我寄材料的UPS store，他们告诉我到USPIS的网站去查询
tracking信息，因为他们是为USPIS服务的，难道UPS store是USPIS的代理商？今天都5
月6号了，我tracking的信息仍然只是取走了，显然没有到达目的地，我的居住地到达
拉斯开车也就是4个小时的路程，这么多天了我步行都应该送到了，怎么UPS store还没
给我送到。难道有问题吗？ |

什么区别?好像最大的优势就是从内部拿钱不用和外面的学校competeNIH的基金，也应
该是hard money的工作，是不是老是得朝九晚五的上班，没有寒暑假？
