现在人在MI,可以把办公地址设在家中吗?房子在LD名下,可以用LD的名义,部分租给公司
使用吗? 因为产品体积不大,年销售量也不多,可以租用车库做仓库吗?

赶快注册一个，先下手为强。如果他们注册了，就换个名字吧，呵呵。
这句话是通篇唯一的具体的侵权事项，关键字“trademark”即“商标”，这里只能是
说名字重了。至于“24”或者“chess”能否当作商标，你可以找公司律师帮你去论理
。这个也可能跟Apple的政策有关，如果Apple规定任何非普通注册商标的词都能当成
Apple App的名字，成为Apple管辖内的“商标”，那就可能打不过这官司了。 |
