The high speed rail plan under Liu was made when the 4 trillion RMB made
every project seems flush with cash. Now that the stimulus was over, every
project that they rushed ran into financial crises. Taking a year to sort
out the mess and decide which project should receive high priority is signs

这个问题在几年前曾经热烈讨论过。当时张召忠将军也认为弹道导弹就是按照预定轨道
飞行不可能打航母。他说的当然是一种传统的弹道导弹，即所谓惯性制导的导弹才是这
样按照预定导弹飞行的。
那么给弹道导弹加上末端制导是不是可以打击移动目标？
有个谚语说，理论是灰色的，而生活之树长青。弹道导弹也不是一成不变的，也在不断
发展。
现在有人说，导弹速度高精度就低，弹道导弹打航母是不可能的。对于那些只相信美国
人的朋友，我不妨举一个美国的例子，就是潘兴-II战术导弹。它的射程可达1800公里
，十二倍声速，它再入大气层之后做一次末端制导，圆周精度可以达到30米。注解1，
是从维基百科拷贝下来的，给虎落平原等网友扫扫盲。

黑障就收不到GPS信号的
用你的脑子想想，飞船着陆要减速，甚至专门设计了特殊的trajectory来延长这个减速
过程，所以大部分动能变成热能有了黑障。
