brooks的glycerin, ghost, trance, 两个是neutral, 一个是stability..
我个人觉得trance更舒服， 当然区别不是很大, 上回比赛也还是选了trance..
我的point是， 轻微over的人占大多数， 还是适合stability的鞋子， 不是
好像穿stability的鞋子就一定会导致itbs, 主要还是要stretch...如果所有
的人都不适合穿stability的鞋子， 我相信早就不会再生产了..

说看鞋子磨损情况的时候， 如果磨前掌外测是neutral, 中间是support, 内测
是montion control。。。我以前以为中间是neutral...
其实大部分人还是轻微的over, 占50-60%， neutral和严重的over各占20-30%。
自己感觉也似乎还是trance比glycerin稍微舒服点点。。犹豫要不要退两双还没
穿的dirty cheap的ghost..

是高脚弓， 重心在脚掌， 然后上跑步机光脚跑步录像， 看录像发现右脚
是完全正直， 左脚有轻微的一点点over.
更诡异的是， 鞋码子居然小了一码。。。难道俺真的从平脚跑成了弓脚。。
小二推荐的还是stability, 给俺拿了 K16， Trance 9, 还有Adiddas， Nike，
发现K16/Trance 9的脚感还是比Adi, Nike强很多， 当然， 最后一双也没买。
btw: road runner sports测脚型录像真不错， 全免费， 还做了个定制的
鞋垫， 也不用买。。。 |

which means, you feel like you are high on drugs.
trip hop: has actual vocal in it. very trippy, sounds the singer is tripping

想把家里的gas furnace换个新的，顺便安装central A/C。
找了几个contractor quote了一下。好像Trane的最贵，
Amercian Standard的次之，Carrier好像最便宜。Trance和AS的
报价没有少于1万的。只有一个contractor报了8000，但是
A/C 是15 SEER。
今天Carrier的一个contractor报价是9850。
Furnace： 58UVB060， 95% effiency， 50000 BTU
A/C: 24ABC630A003， 16 SEER， 13 EER， 30000 BTU
CNPVP3717ACA N-Coil， 37000 BTU
rebate包括Fed的一共1350，再加上upgrade现在电的panel到200Amp花1750，
一共1万刀。
初步打算从了这个carrier的。有几个问题：
