promoter1是假的， 那它也在trancription area， pol ii 也会bind吧？ promoter上
的pol ii会比转录区的多？ 因为trancription pausing？ |

tracking的邮寄方式没？）看能不能用IRS income trancript代替一下？找有e-
service的professional，一个小时之内就能吊出来。 如果页数不多（没有甚多股票交
易），向IRS要求，几天之内也会传真给你。 |

I just sent my English version of my trancript from China and Transcript
from US in MS accounting program to board. Even I did not get mhy degree by
that time, I got approved. I've taken three sections and am preparing the
last section now. |

subject.
alternative way, ask your school dean's office (or Jiao4 Wu4 Chu4) issue a
documents to describe your school's all 5 yr teaching schadule which should
mention each grade will have given subjects and how many minimal hours or
weeks.
this documents with seal/signature of Dean's office should be good enough as
a supplement of your transcript.

I found that some programs ask for MSPE, medical school treascript and copy
of diploma. I have submitted the MSPE to ECFMG. What should I do to make
sure the program can get the MSPE? Should I finalize the MSPE as a LOR? How
can I submit the medical school trancript and copy of diploma to programs?

量把我觉得重要的写出来吧。
1.怎样拿到更多的面试：
面试数量原则上只需要一个，每年也有很多大牛的例子，一个IV就match上。 但是实际
上还是越多越好，好处是多方面的，program有时候会根据candidate拿到IV数量的多少
来rank，越多肯定竞争力越强；当然自己也越自信，可以更好的跟program argue，
match上的几率也越大。
筛选program的小tips：尽量多的申请program，很多program在下载package时会自动筛
选，比如YOG,分数等等，申请越多被下载的几率越大。申请资料根据重要性排列如下：
LOR, USMLE 分数，OB&EXTERN，PS等等。如果申请不同的specialties最好用不同的
package，尽量避免混淆。申请越早越好，以免program下载够一定数量的package就不
再继续下载了。
怎样绕过常规的方法拿到IV：1.找connection：任何能跟PC 或者PD说得上话的人，比
