有些求扫盲的问题：
1）我能不能随便在costco，target买些在他允许范围的东西，然后claim？比如说温度
计阿，血压计阿，不需要医生开条子的。
2）我们有张fsa的信用卡，是不是买东西的时候必须用这张信用卡？还是我可以用别的
信用卡，然后附带receipt去claim？
3）我咋查余额阿？一般fsa是一家人的额度，还是每个人都有定量的额度？
4）如果帐户上余额还有400多，买点啥东西好呢？ |

标 题: 用USPS往纽约使馆寄材料，被一个不同地址的人签收了

用USPS express往大使馆寄宝宝出生证材料，第二天网上查显示delivered。本来觉得
没什么事了，结果顺手online要了一个Proof of Delivery。邮件里的打开一看发现被
一个RODRIGUEZ的在350 W 42nd St这个地址签收了。这尼玛不是大使馆的地址啊？？
已经联系大使馆和USPS，大使馆当然是找不到人的。USPS打了一个小时电话找到活人，
说没问题，一定的是送到正确的地方了，那个Proof of Delivery有可能是写错了。。
。然后我问他们要证明。。。结果被tranfer。。。结果就没人管了。。。
想问一些这种情况该怎么办，总不能等几个月发现收不到在找使馆吧，如果使馆真的没
收到怎么办。。
再也不用USPS了。。 |

如果没有 balance tranfer 只有purchase
你每次全部付清 就不用担心这个问题
laoniu说的是对的
say: Every 5th, cc company sends you statement,

On 4th of a month, ur balance is $200,
and you pay $200 before 30th of that mon,
no problem
一般balance transfer是没有grace period的
或者你以前还欠钱
这样的话BOXSTER是对的
so how about you don't pay $200 full before 30th, you just pay $100.
on the next 5th, your balance could be more than $100
if you don't have any |

few other general courses - but can't remember what they are now - It's been
a while
