15个月的0 APR的很多, 0 TRANFER FEE的, 暂时还没有发现.
现在已经不是 前金融危机 时代了.

家里用钱，俺们这里西联一次最多6000。想汇一万就得分两次。麻烦。
于是想从citi走wire transfer。登录citi的账户，发现在tranfer里面可以 Transfer
to an Account in the U.S. or Abroad，点进去，要你输入debit卡的号码和密码（多
一道安全措施，免得账户被盗用了），输入之后，就可以看到各种wire transfer的选
项，里面有 Foreign Wire (non-USA Destination)，就可以传给中国的账户了，或者
选Foreign Wire using Model，这个就相当于存一个模版，方便以后可以反复用。点
Foreign Wire进去，会让你选择收款人收到的是美元还是当地货币（人民币啦）。我选

我知道 ING给别的银行 ACH转出 ING不收钱，但是接受银行接受 ACH收钱吗？
还有就是 ING存钱，把其他银行的帐号填写在 ING帐户里面，然后 ING去 tranfer钱过
来， ING不收费，那么转出的那个银行收费吗？ |

说是amex和co没有link在一起，要到amex上连接co onepass。 amex的界面上没有地方
可以连接，可能是因为9月这两家就分了？看来要打电话解决了。 |

If you only use it for going back to China, tranfer AMEX to CO 1:1 might be
better to some people ( to me, use 50K BA + $300 fee is slightly cheaper).
However, if you want to travel more exotic place, like Southern Asia (using
Cathay pacific), or going to Europe, or even use it within the US (by AA).
BA's 50% bonus is much better, I think. |

想用现金付。可是刚买了房子不久，银行里存款才1万多，如果付现金，还缺1万五
千多刀。可是1000刀的rebate实在很诱惑。
想申请21 month 0% APR and balance tranfer的信用卡，不过dealer好像不接受
信用卡付所有的钱。 在琢磨是不是自己申请个3%左右的auto loan，然后用0% APR
的信用卡一次付清auto loan，再慢慢付信用卡。但是在网上也没有找到free balance
transfter fee的卡，一般都需要交3%的交易费。这样payoff auto loan需要交
至少500多刀费用。而且也不知道auto loan是否可以用信用卡pay off。
大家看看有什么法子能短期从信用卡或者loan借到1万多刀买车吗？两人都工作，
每月固定收入，可是暂时资金周转不过来，而车又必须买。

说买房子，就说不行，后改口说还钱才通过。并且说同一个美国接受方只能过一个月再
寄，马上再寄不行。
什么世道，老百姓的钱还要控制了，不仅管国内，还管起我美国接受方来了。别人洗钱
也不通过这种渠道呀。
