约克区西南分区的公交服务将受到影响，包括万锦市、旺市(Vaughan)、烈治文山(Richmond Hill)、新市(Newmarket)、奥罗拉(Aurora) 以及皇帝镇(King)。不过，由Viva Rapid Transit提供服务的区域则不受影响。

transit （这个是火车吧？）再换air tran；对吧？
另外有人知道机场bus和nj tranist的价格吗？谢谢。 |

打电话问日本大使馆，他们说这种只能申请visit的签证，可是这就要日本方担保。没
有认识的在日本，然后他们就反复强调这个问题很复杂，要研究研究，然后是一定不能
办transit visa
不知道为什么不行，transit visa 是 up to 15天，也没有强调说要去sight-seeing了
，只说机票就是停两周，准备就呆东京两周。
请教有办日签经历的同学，到底要怎么才能签到transit visa啊，如果把停留时间缩短
到一周行么？还是说要其他什么条件？

件... 我条件都是满足的，所以转机不需签证。

I feel a rough protocol to devide the SP encounter into several block is
still required. It means prepare the introduction, the tranistion, and the
closure with several options may be needed. To get familiar with the
questions to ask and try to let them flow out of your mouth, repeated
practive of FA cases are helpful. Having a protocol does affect your
concentration on SPs. But as put in prior posts, you d |

I think it is right only if the conditional probability is static. In this
case, the state tranistion is the conditional probability and does depend on
the state (the state includes the original state and the updated transition
probability).
