4. 从United中国网站上买。
5. 从priceline上买国航的。

同学用的，charles schwab bank的invest first visa 卡，就没有这个费用。。
而且这个卡所有消费都2% cash back，其他的再和freedom一样，特别的项目有5%，真
心觉得好啊，，可是网上一搜，

发帖数: 2154 | 7 （1）如果是美国国内消费，FIA AMEX 由于2%返点的回报，基本可以算成申请其他卡的
机会成本。但是不可避免大家会有国外消费，例如回国，欧洲旅游。这里列举我所知道
的没foreign transaction fees 的卡，同时也希望找到这些卡的如FIA的benchmark，
也就是这类卡的机会成本。
（2）有些卡有些category回报很高，但是这里只算everything消费，因为估计除了宾
馆和机票，在国内的消费绝大部分只能算everything。
（3）其次，汇率好坏，根据我自己，同学以及版上的讨论，Discover>=BOA>Capital 1
>Chase>Citi，没有AMEX和PenFed的实战例子，请大神们补充。
（4）最后，这是不完全列表，可能有错误，请各位大神修正指出补充。
1% 意思是1cent/dollar，1% mile 意思1mile/dollar，其他类推

when people talking about no foreign transaction fee, they usually forget or
ignore 1% transaction network fee by Master, Visa, etc.
interestingly enough, whether charge or not charge this fee is actually
decided by the card issuers, not MC/VS. who knows why? Do the issuers really
do this voluntarily for MC/VS?
Capital One is the only issuer that I know of who doesn't charge this fee.

transaction的，看来那个Freedom新的政策可能是YMMV的，也有可以还没有完全执行到
所有账户，至少我没收到过freedom要该政策的那个邮件。
经过考古发现，chase关于freedom的新政策执行是分期分批的，所以只有一部分人收到
了4月1日开始改成新政策的通知，没有收到通知的客户会在不久后相继收到通知，只不
过新政策的起始日期会相应的推迟。
另外，请注意这个10 extra pts和10% bonus pts是同时拥有chase checking和chase
freedom的客户才享有的。如果只有freedom的话，是不会有那部分bonus的。 |

3% pts. It is just ridiculous that I did the whole transaction only via
delta.com.
In fact recently I booked another round trip between US and HK from UA, they
don't show any foreign transaction charge. Definitely I will call Amex to
figure out what is going on.

few examples are gas, coffee and groceries. Online purchases will not count
."

话说回国用的话，明显discover完胜啊。可以走银联消费这一点就完胜MC和VISA了。国
内的pose机基本就是银联专用机，MC和VISA接受的范围太小了。再加上No foreign
transaction fees，简直完美啊。 |

169.95/165=1.03，刚好是3%的额外fee。
如果这个不是foreign transaction fees，会是什么费用？Visa本身对境外消费收不收

正常情況下一般信用卡都是 transaction date 兩天後 post，有的卡是三天。但這也
取決於商家。
我記得曾經有過多次，消費的第二天，transaction 就 post 出來了。
想請問大家是否知道那些網站或是商家會在第二天就收款。

易dispute了

寄过来的。质量有问题退换很困难。
最近在上面买了三个大电容，用于置换行车记录仪的电池。装上第一个电容测试，发现
有时会丢失断电前的最后一个视频。换上第二个电容，就好了。估计是第一个电容的质
量有问题。我就联系customer service，说明原因，并要求给第一个电容退款或换货。
那边的人居然看都不看我的文字描述，问我要相片或描述问题的视频。我说电容外表看
起来都很好，给你相片也没用啊。我文字说明都很清楚了，为什么要视频啊。（我觉得
要我花半小时弄个reproduce problem的视频也太别扭了吧，花这么多功夫为了几块钱
的refund不值得，这跟amazon的服务差别太大了）
正打算看看能否叫credit card company给refund,靠，才发现还有3%的foreign
transaction fee。
无论refund结果如何，鉴于其货物质量参差不齐，退换麻烦，还有foreign
transaction fee,我都再也不会在Banggood上面买东西了。 |

没有年费的也有的，但是少，比如discover的卡
你可以google 一下，有人整理过的
如果你不是很确定，你可以登陆一下银行账户，然后online chat客服，确认一下你手
里的卡是不是有foreign transaction fee
汇率挺实在的，比我自己按照银行的算还要低一点点 |
