前几天用同一张信用卡下了3单 N4，都收到了confirmation，但是一直没见
ship confirmation。刚收到一封google的信，说他们不能run through 我的
信用卡，信用卡公司拒绝了他们的扣费。然后告诉我，7天之内不联系信用卡公
司就自动cancel。
这样，如果还有没有ship出来的N4，可以联系信用卡公司，叫他们decline
这次transation。然后N4就被cancel了。
我自己没有测试这样行不行，只是一个可能的 方法。希望对想cancel N4的有
点帮助。 |

我的ROTH IRA和ROTH 401K都准备30年后再提取
（换工作就把401K rollover到Roth IRA）
1. 现在我的IRA上买的是VTSAX （Total Stock Market Index），准备调整一下
Portfolio成：
VTSAX （Total US Stock Market Index）- 40%
VSMAX （Small-Cap Index） - 40%
VTIAX （Total International Stock Index）- 20%
20%的international是不是少了点，还有考虑到是长期投资，所以没有include bond。
2.现在的ROTH 401K有大约50K，放在active fund里，fee高达1.5%，近来发现可以
transfer
到Self direct Brk Acct，然后买TD Ameritrade的ETF/Fund，想转换过去买VTI什么的。
Transation要好几天，问题是一次性转掉50K的话，是不是risk比较大，分期转（类似

By law banks are required to report transations of 10k+. However, if your
relatives from overseas send you a large sum (I used 125k), it does not
necessarily mean it will trigger soem actions. In fact, most of the time IRS
does not care -- what they are looking for is a pattern (esp. something
like 9999 dollars [just below the reporting threashhold] every month)
because that can be a sign of money laundering.

在去年圣诞节的时候，jcpenny online shopping, 一不小心enroll了一个叫perfect
home rewards的program， 为了贪图$ 10 off, 其实但是也没有立刻减掉10刀，就作罢
，也没再去理会。谁知就已经注册了这个每月要交$9.95的program. 最猪头的是，我们
俩都不怎么查creditcard 上的transation. 都被charge了这么8个月了，今天无意接广
告电话，才发现这个menbership. 赶快打电话给1800，最后被人查出是什么时候加入的
。唉
他的benefit是按quarter计算的，已经miss掉2个了。求别人给点好处，比如允许多买点giftcards， 或多报一个15刀的utility bill 什么的都拒绝。
这样的情况怎把损失减的最小？credit cards 拒付可能也不行，还想买房，不想把credit score 弄差了。
像这种情况就这能怪自己吗？
