Impression: 缺铁性贫血
evidence:
1) MCV<80 but >65;
2) RDW high;
3) Mentzer index=MCV/RBC=14.7>13;
4) iron low, transferin high
另外3种可以引起小细胞贫血 (MCV<80)的有， 都不太象：
1) 地中海贫血（thalassemia)-but RDW normal,iron normal or increase, Mentzer
index<13, family history （it's X linked recessive)
2) 慢性病引起的-ferritin high in late stage, transferin normal or decrease,
有慢性病，如感染，结缔组织病， 肿瘤等
