你有心理疾病是你自己的事情，不能因为你的疾病破坏社会的规则。想变性的女人化妆
成男人上男厕所没被抓也就算了，但不能颁布法律或政令，公然允许她们上男厕，让她
们在法律上无法被抓，甚至无需化妆。
另外，承认这是病，那么社会对此最合理的折衷accommodation就是unisex bathroom。
如果有unisex bathroom这个选项，transgender没有任何理由认为这是歧视，没有任何

按楼主的说法，如果流氓进女厕侮辱女性是小概率事件，就可以忽略不计，那么
transgender也是小概率事件，只占总人口的0.2%左右，楼主是否在暗示也可以把他们
忽略不计？这才是真正的歧视！
再驳2：
同性婚姻只是结婚双方个人的事，不损害他人的合法利益，但让自定义为女性的男人进
女厕，就损害了女性的隐私权和不用生活在恐惧中的合法权利，会遭到普遍反对。当然
，奥巴马可以用总统令和取消政府资助来强迫执行，但如果一个不那么脑残的人上台，
一定会取消。
实际上，真正改变了性别的人，不管他是做了手术，还是吃了激素，生理上都会变得像
女人，这些人已经是女性了，早就在使用女厕了，没谁反对过，甚至没谁认为她们仍然
是男性。
现在奥巴马的总统令，是要让那些并没做变性手术也没服用激素的人，根据自己心理上

transgender一定是说如果一个曾经是男人的男人，通过改变自己的性别，包括改变 ID
上面的性别的方式，对自身性别认可为女性，才可以进入女厕所。
还有很多unisex的厕所，就是不分性别什么人都可以进入的。这个在很多高校和公共场
