那是主要三块肌肉,
The Trapezius,
The Rhomboids,
The erector spinae,
每一块需要不同的exercises.
The Trapezius is a part of your shoulder and your neck. Becaues it has many
heads and insertions on on quite a few joints,the development of this area
will need compound vertical pull movements, such as deadlift, high pull,
power clean. You can use shrug but it will not as effective as other
exercise. I personally find snatch and overhead squats extremely useful, but
not many are able to perform those lifts.

of the distance and speed of acceleration of the bells, worsening of the

Deadlift 顺带就够了。或者 Power clean 顺带更多。

今年的IMMT女子冠军Mary Beth Ellis
14. Mary Beth Ellis broke her collarbone in a bike crash on Sept. 9. She had
surgery to repair the bone, which included removing it from her trapezius
muscle, on Sept. 12.
15. Her surgeon Dr. Peter Millett of the Steadman Hawkins Clinic said
typical recovery time from an injury like the one Ellis sustained is four to
