我们只是对于低利息有不同的理解。你认为低利息是好事。我认为低利息导致高通胀，
高房价，房市股市泡沫化。
至于美国比国内好，这没有疑问。我一直的point都是好的程度是非常重要的因素。因
为作为一代移民，有很多无法克服的困难。如果美国比国内好的程度不足以overweigh
这些困难，就得不偿失。这就是为什么我从这个帖子一开始就说应该看历史的演变。
我认识80年代到美国的，90年到美国的，2000年到美国的，2010年到美国的。我可以非
常明显的感受到这两方面因素的变化，困难度基本是不变的，但是美国对中国的优势以
10年减半的速度在进行。
从另一个角度看，如果一个人在美国工作10年以上，就基本被trap在这里了，回不了国
了（当然牛人例外）。房子，美国绿卡国籍带来的双重税负，401k, social security
tax, medicare tax，（后三样都是押金） 都是trap的原因。所以在没有被trap之前
，不从一个30年的framework看问题，都是短视的。 |

PVC p-trap，找了根管子直接插入下水管道，并从这根管子灌水，发现水能正常排掉。
也没发现p-trap 有什么堵塞, 不过连接处有点漏水.然后把 p-trap安装上,水又排不掉
了.
非常迷惑. 怀疑排水系统的通气管堵了. 不知那位高人指点一下。 |

得多。到HOMEDEPOT, WALMART,LOWES 问下mouse trap 在哪里卖。到货架前一看就知道
了。对付mouse 的trap 比较小，rat的比较大。我用过 mouse glue trap 对付 mouse,
一晚上就逮住了。据说木头老鼠夹也管用。不过被黏住 的 mouse 一般不会死，胆小的

一个周五晚LP神情紧张地说厨房下水道堵了. 拉开了菜鸟奋战四夜DIY疏通管道的序幕.
我家的厨房是两个池子(sink),是dual bowl的. 一个下面装着垃圾处理器(disposal),
另一个没有. 两个池子下面的管道经过各自U型的弯道(P trap),然后由一个Y状的PVC接
头汇合接入下水道.
堵塞的现象是两个池子的水连通并且水面齐平,象连通器一样. 驱动disposal,水下去了
又上来了.
在决定请plumber之前,想自己试试. 于是尝试各种方案,按时间先后顺序列出.
1. LP一口咬定是disposal的问题,于是上youtube找到处理方法. 内六角扳子,reset按
钮等等试过. 无效.
2. 于是查看P trap. 按照youtube上的方法拿个盆子放在下面接水. 手动将连接的管
子拧下来. 发现P trap没问题.
(其实刚开始就觉得应该是Y接头以下的管子出了问题,否则不会两池连通. 做以上1和2
纯粹因为自己是菜鸟,对自己的判断没有信心)

发帖数: 2842 | 29 现在春寒料峭，加热炉（gas furnace）突然不工作的，由于是周末不想付抢修的费用
，决定自己动手，下面描述省去了心理和生理上的感受，仅仅描述事实和结果。希望文
青回避。
上去发现加热炉上的led指示灯在闪，通过这个闪的长短，可以确定error code，我所
看到的code是3短闪，一个长闪，所以code是31。通过对照加热炉的说明面板，上面说
可能是pressure switch不工作了。
由于是新手，觉得那就换一个pressure switch就可以了，于是去ebay上找了一个完全
匹配的型号pressure switch。这些人发货都很快，两天以后收到。
安装上新的pressure switch其实很简单，两根胶皮管，两个电极。5分钟搞定，加热炉
开始运转，出现火苗，形势大好，以为搞定，欢天喜地地收拾工具准备撤离。
好景不长，10分钟以后，加热炉又一次停转了，led显示同样的code 31。很茫然，决定
继续研究。
发现其实pressure switch是不可能坏的，它其实就是一片橡胶薄膜把密封的空间一分

seat base,小宝坐这个这个篮子里可以拎下来逛街买菜下馆子回家不耽误,还不打扰他
觉觉. 这种car seat是 rear-facing的, 就是宝坐在里面, 脸朝车后窗的. 这种car
