【摘要】创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）是一种严重的心理障碍。PTSD常在一个人暴露于一个

这本书是一个儿童心理医生Bruce Perry和一个记者的合著。里面收录的都是这个医生
亲手治疗过的案例。
我自从知道有“为人父母",就想来推荐此书，但是一再犹豫。因为收录的这下案例非常
非常的extreme。有幼童亲见母亲被杀，或是遭遇性侵，还有冷血少年杀手，遭邪教洗
脑的孩子，和如书名所诉，被和狗一起圈养的孤儿。这绝对不是一个“容易”读的书。
我一直认为我的心里承受能力很不错，但是两次读此书，我都经常要take a break，我

December 2012.
Speaking at a conference in California, he noted, “Thirty days in the

的心理反应。ASD以急剧、严重的创伤事件作为直接原因，患者在受刺激后立即（1小时
之内）发病。ASD的常见症状是麻木；情感分离；缄默；现实感丧失；人格解体；心因

shield有摩擦，于是increase到27mm.真的如版上很多妈妈说的一样，大shield产率高
，27mm产量比24mm高不少。可是27mm乳晕在泵奶的时候也会被拉进去一部分，随着泵的
频率一进一出的和shield摩擦着。一开始不觉得什么，现在半个月下来每次泵完奶，拿
下shield的时候就像从乳晕上撕下块膏药，痛得咧嘴。每次泵完擦lanolin，舒服很多
，但下次泵又痛了。今天去见lactation consultant，也说我的乳晕被traumatized了
，说我用的shield over size。
现在有点不知所措，是用回24mm吗，那样乳头有摩擦？继续27mm,乳晕已经traumatized
了？还是干脆一不做二不休上最大size的shield？请版上姐妹赐教。 |

早晨醒来就开始哭，怎么哄也不行，一直哭。问他为什么哭，也不说。吃饭哭。玩得好
好的，也会突然哭。跟他说一句话，比如“XX，肉肉吃不吃？”他也会哭。晚上准备睡
觉，也会突然躺地上翻滚大哭。他要抓弟弟的脸，大人不让，又是哭。每天断断续续哭
几十回，加起来能有三四个钟头。大人们这脑袋里全是他的哭声在回荡。这种状况已经
持续个把月了。几个月前刚勉强训好知道上厕所，现在一哭就肆无忌惮的尿裤子上。
他以前就爱哭。现在是变本加厉了。以前还玩一玩，也跟人说说话的。现在也不怎么玩

在意 “好胜” / “奋斗”。。。我就问一句如果在橄榄球场上屡战屡败，咋整？。。。
要知道不是所有的娃都能把 “屡战屡败” 给转进 “屡败屡战” 的。。。就像不是所
有的 pushy mama 都能把 “上一代的不如意” 转进成 “下一代的使劲擦蛋比蛋” 的
。。。如果不能转进的话，那橄榄球败军的 traumatic brain injury 加 traumatic
psychological injury，那是不是直接就可以去废品回收处报到了？

Although it's understandable that some RCGs are more prepared mentally as
well as psychologically than the others.
Don't worry about my 面子. It's not something that your comments can take
away, or impact at all. ^_^
And please do not try to speak on behalf of all the "rest of people with
experiences". I don't think you are really qualified to represent such a
crowd.
