拿到绿卡后没多久就换了份经常在美加之间出差的工作，所以难免经常陆路和飞机往返
于美加之间。
每次通过美加边境，不管是陆路还是加拿大境内机场，都可以看到一个NEXUS的标志，
下面有美加两国国旗。回家上网一查才知道这个是美国的CBP和加拿大的CBSA一起搞得
trusted traveler program。于是就开始研究了一番。
先把一些关键要点列出来供大家参考：
1）谁可以申请：主要面向美加两国公民和永久居民，也包括其他一些复杂情况，这里

2）如何申请：通过CBP的GOES网站https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov/main/goes， 准备

底搞点轻松的活跃活跃气氛，写写看过的关于Travel有意思的电影吧。这几个在很多图
书馆都有DVD可以借。注意这里Travel是狭义的定义，旅游本身不算。
1. Non-Stop (2014)
老帅哥Liam Neeson演的空警，结果上飞机之后被不明身份的人威胁要炸飞机。飞机据
说是British Airline一架退役的767，经常拿来做电影道具。演空姐那位MM倒是很亮眼。

平常出差一般都是吃喝玩乐，谁想到点背的会赶上暴动还被一路追杀？Pierce Brosnan
友情出演一位良心发现的Economic Hitman。看的时候还以为是影射泰国没完没了的政
变。后来查wiki,电影居然是在泰国拍的，但是里面暴徒打的标语是柬埔寨语，所以电
影最后反倒被柬埔寨禁了。年初刚去过东南亚一圈，回来看完电影，联想到四面佛爆炸
案，真有点心有余悸。以后去不发达的小国真要三思了。

Electronic Travel Certificate。
有效期只有一年。请问这Electronic Travel Certificate可以付里程票的税费么？
比如从美国飞回国内，里程票要交5.6刀的税费，21天之内出发还需要交$75刀的加急费。
从中国飞美国要30刀左右的税费。
这$75美刀的Electronic Travel Certificate可以拆开来付5.6刀和30刀左右的里程票
税费么？

网站的订的飞机票款。
UA的政策是出票24小时内退票，100%返款。
请问如果我在24小时内退票的话，Electronic Travel Certificate里的钱会退回到
Electronic Travel Certificate么？
能的话，大概要多长时间？
如果能退成灵活性更大的UA gift card，就更好了。
我用UA里程定的票在24小时内退票，里程数不到24小时就退回了。税费退的慢一点，大
概一个星期吧。

同类无法自圆其说的题材里，而且自己也没有非常出彩的解释。
目前我看到的所以time travel最完美的模型，还是futurama里面只能前进不能后退那
种，然后经历下一次big bang在前进到开始travel的时候，哈哈 |
