Now under PPIP, company B bids the asset at 84, with 6 own money, 6 from

share holder can still get 4.
The asset eventually get value 50 back. FDIC lose 72-50 = 22 and treasure

1.从凤凰城出发到Flagstaff就不说了, google map一下就行
2.到Flagstaff,不想去大峡谷逛逛的就转40号向西, 想去的就顺着17号进Flagstaff,顺
着S. Milton Rd 开, 右转向东顺接89号公路. 去大峡谷的童鞋们请在Flagstaff加满油
3.顺着89号公路向北,然后接64号向西, 如果您到了Cameron了,请不要犹豫掉转车头.在
64号上开15-20分钟, 在你的右手边有个景点,有印地安人的一个露天Market. 可以看看
, 顺便歇歇. 然后继续64号向西. 然后到了大峡谷的收费处, 一辆车是25刀. 进了大峡
谷后,有很多个风景点,我就不说了,各人有各好. 不过,最让我感叹的是大乌鸦,有大概
一只母鸡那么大.很有爱.
4.顺着64号向西到头了,就说明要出大峡谷了, 然后还是 64号向南, 接40号向西. 下一

随性散漫的B型血君昨晚恶补了点点路线攻略，然后定下来今天要逛的景点。ps：文字
早写的，但是图一直没整理，主要是买买提有1M大小限制，sina微博的贴图现在不能直
接在帖子里显示了，只有链接。于是，剪切是必须的。
看攻略的时候顺便把map和攻略存在了手机里，感觉挺方便，随时可以查看，唯一缺点
就是会费电，咳咳~
如上图所示，暴走君由星号处（Venetian/Palazzo）开始，先往北上
看了下，还是上一张前晚拍的夜景图比较好，虽然当时是白天

有高高的电视塔，仰望塔顶有过山车，据说酒店住客可以免费登顶，上面可以看strip

看看你们去过几个？
排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

排名见下。你们去过几个？我也一直很喜欢Yale Center for British Art，宽敞明亮
，袖珍而精。喜欢Constable，Turner的画作，很有代表性。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

Jingle Ball Concert 群星熠熠音乐会 ★★★★★
每年的Jingle Ball演唱会可谓是众星云集，邀请当红炸子鸡如比伯（Justin Bieber）
、格兰达（Ariana Grande），还有因演唱《速度与激情》主题曲走红的普斯（Charlie
Puth）和《五十度灰》主题曲的高登（Ellie Goulding）到现场为几十万观众演唱。
在现场热闹的气氛下，很多人都点燃起音乐的小宇宙，跟著歌手一起唱歌、随著音乐打

very cold when I spent Christmas eve there last time.
One day is totally enough for the strip. You can walk around the strip in
the morning, take the roller coaster ride on New York New York, and go to
the Treasure island free show in the afternoon, and watch a show (magic show
, concert, or topless ones haha) at night. I don't know if Treasure island
still has the free show in front of the hotel. It was fun to watch.
