。今天居然有一位以前的球员给我写了一封邮件，我才想起来。
第一批球员只有5个人到了大学踢上了半职业足球，成材率还是低了。最后没有一个人
踢上职业比赛，只有一个暑假参与辅导了3个月的球员去了类似中甲级别的西雅图队。
后来到了纽约这边带的球员底子比较差，没有拿到足球奖学金的。不过跟着我的助理教
练，中国人，倒是不小心先后拿到了绿卡和独立执教的证书。祝他好运了。这位教练出
身比我好，来自足球传统学校，足球绝对发达地区。我的助理教练曾经在足球极不发达
国家生活9年
后，仍然保持着足球发达地区后代对足球先进的理解。
这些年来，我坚持与美国足球中的拉丁化作斗争，从未在任何场合与墨西哥或其他拉丁
教练合作过。所有跟随或者提携的教练都是北欧裔，新西兰裔和华裔。本人7年来（
2012因个人原因没有带队）坚持放弃中场打法，以穆里尼奥和大卫莫耶斯为榜样，坚持
完善自己的执教风格，推出了独创的triangular defense.在非常融洽的气氛中辅佐了

和老外踢球，就会听见老外经常叫one two，不熟悉的人还以为老外数数或者加油呢。
二过一要求传球队员积极跑动，跑到空荡，同时接球队员不粘球，有配合意识，把球及
时传到跑出的空荡。简言之，积极跑动，一脚准确出球。恰好这两点老中都不行，所以
这个最基本的技术在老中比赛中很难看到。老中比赛最常见的是，长传和边路硬趟。和

用木头拍子的时候，好像线就没断过。大概是因为线是尼龙的，而且磅数很低的原因吧
。现在那把拍子上的线还是最初的。
我当时用的是铝合金的，发小Y，花了300多买的是碳素的，后来他那把拍子被穿线的给
拉断了。那时候线断的很少，因为是尼龙线的原因吧。体育用品商店，尤其是先农坛体
育街那边有不少。
leader好像现在还有，不过现在的选择太多了。强生的那个牌子我也记得，现在好像看
不到了。
现在的拍子，多是Y型的，所谓的tennis throat (On most current racquets, the
throat is rougly triangular, branching into a Y: see definiation--http://tennis.about.com/library/blthroat.htm)
早年的拍子多是I型的,就是上面提到的单边。

method. How about symmetric indefinite matrix? I need factor such a matrix
