国政府恢复对伊制裁做出准备。中国目前是伊朗原油的最大买家。
美国计划在退出伊核协议后对伊朗进行单方面制裁。伊朗是OPEC第三大石油国。
三菱东京日联银行中东北非地区研究负责人霍曼（Ehsan Khoman）说，新的制裁可能也
包括伊朗的石油和航运部门。这些领域的公司有180天的时间调整战略：“美国宣布对
伊朗恢复最高等级制裁，并且补充说任何为伊朗发展核武器提供帮助的国家也将同样受
到美国的制裁。特朗普此举显然是明确地表明，他不愿在伊核问题上寻找其他替代选项
。”
上一轮制裁期间，伊朗的石油供应下降到大约100万桶/日，但2016年1月制裁解除后，
德黑兰重新成为主要石油出口国。伊朗也加紧了对石油的生产和出口。2018年3月产量
约为380万桶/日，占全球供给的4%左右。今年第一季度，其原油出口平均超过200万桶/
日。
