从产权上分, 大部在市场上卖的房子只分两种, 一种是fee simple, 就是独立拥有土地
和上面的建筑, 大多说single family house都是这种fee simple的产权. 另一种产权
是condominium, 也就是owner只完全拥有自己unit内部的一切东西, 而土地是所有unit
的owner共同拥有整个building的土地, 但是没有具体划分. 市场上绝大部分的
townhouse, 其产权应该是condominium.
从房子style上面分, condominium又可以分为attached single family house,
townhouse和apartment. townhouse是指你这个unit的上下都没有别家, 而左右可以和
别家share walls. 而apartment一般是指你这个unit的上下左右都可能和别人的unit连

分没有CC & R和 HOA，个别lot小的有CC & R，甚至有HOA。

cash flow in here with normal 25% down for investors.
Moreover, 35W house barely exists.
For investment property (36W), 9W down pay, 30Y5% for 27W costs ~1400 per

晚上腿脚都彻底软了。。。
发现triplex似乎很有效果 我打球前30分钟吃的， 一点不疼， 加上我的高级护膝，

主要是左边膝盖的内侧疼
月初某天走路突然腿就很疼，外侧和后面，马上就不能动，休息了一下似乎就好了，下
午还照样打球，结果后来就越来越不行，腿打不直不能受力，去看了医生，照了xray,
说是看不到问题，开了anti-inflammatory的药，说吃一周，还是不行的话就去照mri
吃了药好了很多，但是那种突然疼lock的情况又发生了几次，这次折腾了几个小时才好，
于是跑去照了mri, 又过了一星期才看到医生，
医生比较surprise, 说是这个情况非常罕见，他10年前才遇到过一次，让我去看专门作
sports medicine的医生
我回来google了mri report,了解到我这种中文叫盘状半月板撕裂
就是说一般人半月板就像半个月亮，我的呢就是接近一整个月亮，大概3%的人有这个问题
这种人容易受伤，但是也有人一辈子都没问题，治疗办法跟半月板撕裂一样，就是关节
镜，
今天约了医生看，说的和网上一样，他说是比较简单的手术，而且因为我半月板大，所

去。俺老舅以前打篮球的中锋，现在膝盖上个楼都疼得不行。我家一个打羽毛球的朋友

这样的好处是带的大小可以比较一致，不会出现类似WT大带1000，KO小带200bp 的情况。 |
