发帖数: 528 | 1 在外出差两个礼拜，中间只有从旧金山飞回自己家过了短短的两个小时就和LP一起飞去
纽约了。那个礼拜每天早出晚归真的很累。终于到了母亲节周末，我们俩和家人约好在
拉斯维加斯度过假日。高高兴兴的去玩了～
礼拜五：
上了飞机发现没有个人的in-flight entertainment也没有wifi available这哪门子的
东部直飞西部啊？（有公司给的gogo wifi帐号所以没用到就感觉像吃了亏似的）。还
好是早上六点就呼呼大睡了。
这次住在MGM Grand。Hostess一直说renovate后怎么怎么好。还可以啦。吃完午餐不够
时间打扑克，就去当个degenerate玩table games。小小的玩。小小的赢。
跟家人吃完晚餐后去看看MGM Grand的Poker Room的小mix（6-12）。Spread的大部分是
我比较喜欢的种类。Triple Draw + Badeucey + Badacey + Razzdugi + Omaha 8
Double Qualifier (不喜欢！！） + Stud 8。4 handed还算挺好玩的。可是没有LHE给

发帖数: 528 | 2 Yeah that def helps. I always say it's the long run, it's the long run,
life ie a continuous session, etc. But I know I still get flustered if I
take a beating at the final day/session of a Vegas trip. It's no different
in dollars but a difference in psychology.
Also the longer someone plays in a session the more likely they are to tilt,
because they are tired or the beats add up or they know they have to go to
work in X hours... so it's just such an advantage to have the very next

虽然遗憾的没见到老大，可是和众东部版友们见面，打牌，吃饭，交流，真的感觉此行
不虚。帮主（熊熊）门下盛名之下无虚士。大家都是对打牌有一定的理解，热情，控制
。希望下次再见到更多新旧朋友。
在此报告一下这次我俩的Trip Report，希望可以让更多人愿意参加下一次的小或大版

礼拜四 11/22
从礼拜二就已经进入度假模式了。去Commerce住一晚。ran bad。把上个礼拜赢的全部
输掉了。555.因为chase loss所以礼拜三很晚才回到家。睡2-3个小时。急急忙忙的整
理行李。LP说又不是去相亲。快快快,有带ID就好！
本来计划飞机上睡觉。可是最近迷上open face Chinese（2-3年前在东欧开始流行的一
种 Chinese Poker variant，大概上个月开始在LA热起来）。大部分可以用来睡的时间
用来教LP玩。看来我这个贪睡文该改成贪吃文或贪玩文才比较符合最近的第一优先。

发帖数: 401 | 4 公司里的法国小帅哥G偶尔在YouTube上瞄到Havasupai Falls的video，看后心动不已，
又在组里散发了一圈，这下把大家都看的心痒痒的，于是决定同去同去。
我的假期本来就已经瀑出来了，所以和大个子一商量，决定把两天的havasupai trip衍
生成一次Road trip，顺便多看些地方。
以下是我们的行程：
7/10 晚出发，开到哪里累了就到哪。反正大个子的Surburban装备齐全，除了roof上有
rocket box可以装很多东西之外，车trunk里还有他自己做的platform，下面用来储藏
东西，上面是一full size bed，自带枕头和被子，床边他还造了一溜床边柜，反正只
要食物充足，就可以在车里过日子。大个子还买了portable的shower系统，整的他的
Surburban给我感觉跟RV差不多，比RV还好的是，Surburban还可以开off road trail，
大个子的最爱。
7/11 参观Hoover Dam。晚上睡在Supai trail head的parking lot。

小穿开裆裤一起长大的好哥
们，也是我的前同事，曾和我两人共同做一个project，还是因为大个子的关系进的我
所在的公司。而嫁给Alan的
Corina也是和我同一个组的，我们同一天进的公司，一起接受培训，总之大家之间的关
系层层叠叠吧。大个子算他们
两的媒人，我也在一旁煽过风吹过火。大个子还是应Alan的要求才专门拿了牧师的执照
，好帮Alan和Corina证婚。所
以他们的婚礼，我们是非去不可的！
婚礼定在9月5号，星期五。而那周的周一正好是劳动节，所以我和大个子一商量决定把
一周的假都请了，顺便北上找
地方玩一圈。本来是想开车上去Mendocino附近的Lost Coast trail做三天backpacking
trip的，因为想劳动节长周末
别的地方人可能都太多，lost coast不是很easy accessible，又是backpacking，想来
应该不会有什么人。我做了功
课，买了净水笔，号召了三五个我的狐朋狗友，准备劳动节同去，这是我在havasupai
trip以前 |

发帖数: 5184 | 8 去一个活动的时候填的抽奖券，是florida的一个trip package，前两天打电话来说中
奖了，好像是enterprise，Sheraton， universal studio三家联办的，本来以为免费
的呢，但其实还要自己交钱，具体如下：
可以去up to 5 people，一共自己出498刀，包括：
7天的租车+7天的旅馆，enterprise的车，unlimited mileague，unlimited upgrade，
orlando的Sheraton （具体还不知道是给几间房还是给一个suite）
2张universal studio的票。
transportaion to Orlando: 如果选择飞去，每人给reimburse up to 100刀，如果选
择开去，租车可以cover。
外加bonus，3天的租车+3天beach的旅馆。
另外，trip has no blackout dates
大家觉得这个是不是骗人的把戏？这个价格这样的package值不值？
好像看大家自己找的package也很便宜的说，抽到奖还要自己出钱，比较失望，呵呵。 |

return I-94 during their Bahamas cruise trip?
I prefer to keep their I-94 because we need them to apply for B2 extension

round trip 7 days 比较relax把南面这片也玩了。要不然oneway可能是更好的选择。
我看 review 说是从南往北更好。船上也有人是 sea+land, 在中间下船然后接着火车
玩北面的
COST:
半年前定的阳台房,两个人2000多点,给了$250 shipcredit，每天小费是$22 (we paid
some extra cash for our dining room waiter and cabin crew)，喝了点酒,都用了
。因为去年去过alaska, 所以没用船上的tour自己租车, or take shuttle bus玩的。
DEPARTURE CITY:
这次是 Vancouver 出发的 7 days round trip, 定这个是觉得停的城市比
seattle出发的好。后来觉得其实差不多,但是Seattle 的机票就要便宜很多,而且免去
了出入关的麻烦。

每年的十月，都是美东加东秋色的peak time。不仅仅是绚丽的颜色，十月还是大批的
南迁动物的搬家时节。嗯，似乎语文水平严重退化，想了半天没想出其他的句子来描述
了……好吧，总而言之，出去road trip了n天，在美东和加东的秋色里开了一个圈，然
后我又回到了原点……直接贴图。有若干动物，我看到了完全没概念是啥，只是觉得，
oh，这货我不认识啊……
旅行从家门口的这个全美上镜率最高的农场开始……
不过在看到农场之前，我在开车的路上，偶遇了这个家伙
我也不知道这货是啥，说丫是狐狸吧，长得又太难看了点儿，完全没有狐狸的媚样儿……
Anyway，我觉得农村的山山水水小草大树还是挺好看的……
北上的路上，偶然在路边看到了这群家伙，同样的，我不知道他们是啥，只知道他们在

发帖数: 185 | 31 感觉trip hop里有三种流派，一种是portishead, bjork这样偏向darkwave的，一种是
air这样偏向lounge的，一种是massive attack, leftfield这样偏向electronica的。
既然你喜欢portishead，那么另一个冰岛乐队sigur ros应该也比较合你胃口。多找找
冰岛乐队，都是这个味道。还有怪才Mogwai也是差不多风格的。Cocteau Twins应该是
介于dakwave和lounge两者之间的，你会不会喜欢就见仁见智了。或者你可以直接去找
些darkwave乐队来听听，比如this mortal coil, black tape for a blue girl, 试试
看会不会喜欢。
我是比较喜欢lounge这类不费脑子的音乐，所以trip hop里我比较喜欢的就是alpha,
future sound of london这类乐队。
你可以问问班主Phageous，他对这类音乐应该了解的更多，会有更多的推荐给你。 |

When fall comes, yellow and red are spotting the trees. Again it's autumn of

南迁动物的搬家时节。嗯，似乎语文水平严重退化，想了半天没想出其他的句子来描述
了……好吧，总而言之，出去road trip了n天，在美东和加东的秋色里开了一个圈，然
后我又回到了原点……直接贴图。有若干动物，我看到了完全没概念是啥，只是觉得，
oh，这货我不认识啊……
旅行从家门口的这个全美上镜率最高的农场开始……
不过在看到农场之前，我在开车的路上，偶遇了这个家伙
我也不知道这货是啥，说丫是狐狸吧，长得又太难看了点儿，完全没有狐狸的媚样儿……
Anyway，我觉得农村的山山水水小草大树还是挺好看的……

news from them about the weather information. The wind and swell was
building up this week, and they just canceled yesterday and today's trips
due to bad weather. Since the ocean forecast often changes, Sherry of QOH is
not sure about the trip of this weekend. She will call me Friday afternoon
after 2:30 pm the Captain Bob's decision if it's good to go out or not, and
we can either move our reservation to future weekend or |
