车好吗？
感觉我连20mph都骑不到，一周也骑不了个2，3次，好像根本没有必要升级。我现在骑
一个trek 1500。
如果只能有一辆车，感觉一定要是road bike，因为我经常group ride。。
如果同时有一辆road bike加一辆tri bike更是汗颜啊。。。感觉好奢侈啊。。
其实我觉得先自己骑到20+mph再考虑tri bike还靠点谱，我可不想成那种全套aero被山
地车超的家伙。。。哈哈
大家有啥建议不？谢啦先！

tri-vi-sol含有A/C/D，其中的D是我们需要的，但是A/C对宝宝也没有坏处。
之前我去药店从来没看到过D－vi－sol，都是只有tri－vi－sol，这次去CVS买的时候
正好看到有D-vi-sol，就买了纯D的。 |

问一次，确认是tri-vi-sol。全母乳每天1ml，喝奶粉的每天0.5ml。

对胃肠有刺激作用，而且味道很重，如果你自己尝一下两种vi-sol就明白了。很多小孩
都不喜欢铁锈的味道，甚至一吃就吐。这样只好吃tri-vi-sol
Tri-vi-sol 含维生素A, C,D，这其中只有D是有必要补的。因为这个需要阳光催化才
能在皮肤里合成。而现代人很少晒太阳，母奶里也没那么多。D是钙吸收中必须的辅助
