1月30日，洛杉矶高等法院法官斯韦恩(Leslie A. Swain)宣判南加大研究生大卫·乔纳
森·布朗涉嫌杀害华裔心理学教授曾晓峰(Bosco Siaufung Tjan)一案，被告被认定案
发时心理处于疯狂状态而被判无罪。

今晚一位朋友家里开圣诞party，我负责接一位白mm。mm是这边一家公司的HR，本科刚
毕业，比我小4岁。以前认识，交往不多。本来约6点30去接，结果MM公司有急事，问我
能不能等。我说好。等到晚上9点，我去Bellevue downtown接她，然后直奔Renton朋友
家。高速我开左道，70MPH，结果后面一个红色保时捷，狂滴我。本来想加点速，后来
觉得还是别超太多，就让开了。结果保时捷超了我不算，又换道到我前面。我还没等说
话，白mm生气了，骂了一句bitch，然后说我能飙过那车，今晚“make your night"。
没啥说的了，降档，油门踩到底。V10发动机很争气，速度从65瞬间干到90。前面红保
时捷也就70多速度，一下被我超了。我保持左道开到了125，镜子里看到后面保时捷加

医药代表来了、又走了。好看、好看、真好看。
她一走，梁山上的人就开始生病，先是天字号的前辈，再是地字号的头领，接着大校小
校、马夫伙夫，然后猪儿牛儿、猫儿狗儿，一个一个都倒下了。来势汹汹啊！我没病，
连敏都没过，看来本分老实的人终究是有好报的。不过，我又觉得遗憾，以后会不会后
悔呢？我拉起忧伤的二胡，不料山下的警车呜呜地往上开，只好作罢。
医药代表发放的口香糖，嚼起来味道怪怪的。一看盒子，写着“Trojan” 大号装。很
多年后才从鲁智深那儿知道用处，看来质量不行，再一看是香港水货。代表留下的药，
却很威猛。前院的小猫吃了，方圆一百里老虎都跑光；后院的公鸡吃了，嗖地飞上树盯

今天在街上碰到了神医安道全，摆着个小摊在给人瞧病。聊了很久，神医说这些日子他
也过得不好，好单位都进不去。就好比一条墨鱼，满肚子的墨水，还是被人叫做乌贼。
我说没事，世界就是这样，那么多人喝着牛奶，也没人叫牛一声妈。神医说阮小七、朱
武、孙立他们占了登云山饮马川，打家劫舍、啸聚山林干起了老买卖。我思考了一下，
没错，我们就是那条墨鱼，怎么打扮，人家还是叫你乌贼。人之所以痛苦，就是在于追
求错误的东西。每一次创伤，都是一种成熟，于是我俩约好一起投奔登云山了。
山上真不错，能找回昔日的感觉。孙立、孙新、顾大嫂都在，还有公孙先生，关系还是
那么暧昧说不清楚。这天顾大嫂来串门，我瞧着目光有些异样，走的时候有些发痴，嘴
里喃喃的嘀咕着“太厉害了，都掉了一层皮。”我纳闷了一天，直到晚上上床看见头天

When recently Andrew Viterbi gave the gift to name USC engineering school. He
said something on the ceremony.( Viterbi obtained his Ph.D. at USC and had
been faculty at UCLA).
He said he finally found an excuse to explain why he was a faculty at UCLA,
