Jazz的结构，这样才能更好的体会Jazz在不同阶段到底是怎样发展的。虽然说音乐是直
观的听的艺术和娱乐，但是具有对音乐语言组织的一定了解对更好的理解音乐，特别是
创作者的风格是很有益，而且通常会更加强直观的感触。当然由于乐盲的水平限制，说
的不会很对很深，配合油管子的资源浅尝辄止知道个大概意思就好了。
与很自由很随便的直观印象相反，Jazz特别是traditional和 modern jazz实际上是结
构相对比较严格的一种音乐形式——That is actually why Jazz sounds jazzy。但是
严格的结构并不意味着能做的事情有限，Jazz结构里给音乐创作者留的空间很大，而且
一定的结构使得improvisation可以天马行空而不杂乱无章。 到底是什么样的结构呢？

但是随着美国卷入二战，政治经济上的变化也不免再次影响到音乐。征兵，配给，备战
……显然给Big Band这种台上台下歌舞升平的形式带来了很大困难。在这种情况下，除
了少数大牌明星作曲家比如Duke Ellington等的orchestra可以继续繁荣下去, 更多的
jazz musician被迫重新回到club, 三四个人的ensemble形式。 简单说，因为备战备荒

可以和迪亚士，达·伽马，哥伦布，麦哲伦等比肩, 我去的阿拉斯加也是他发现的, 夏
威夷也是, 但他同样也是死在夏威夷。这个纪念碑就是纪念他的。作为大航海骨灰级玩
家的我，或者爱好航海的我自然要瞻仰一下.
生在全球化的当下,真的是有些无奈,如果现在是大航海的时代, 无数未知的世界等待你
去发现,多么令人激动,水手们搏击风浪,遨游四海,而现在人们要做的只是将要获取信息
的关键字搜索一下, 不知这算是进步了还是退化了.不过或许这只是个借口吧,据说世界

Trumpet）、大型曼陀琴（Mandora）、長雙頸詩琴（Chitarrone）、踏板豎琴（Pedal
Harp）、鈎裝豎琴（Hooked Harp）、方形鋼琴（Square Piano）、翼琴[鋼琴的前身]（
Clavichord）、八階小型立式豎琴（Octave Spinet）、十六、七世紀的小型有鍵樂器（
Virginal）；還有整齊排列的各種音階的號類，笛子類，小提琴類、吉他類……這些樂器
大部分生産于20世紀以前，有些更追溯到十五、十六世紀的文藝復興時期。
這些展品沒有按照時間順序排列，所以總體印象有些混亂，沒有一個整體。只是在展廳的

吧。
不过由于黑人独有的音乐天赋，其实他们只要小时候有条件训练，成才的几率会非常大
。黑人的嗓子和节奏感都是超乎寻常的好，听R&B就知道，天生的高嗓门，大肺活量，
还有宽音域。
我发现Met Orchestra里面已经有好几个黑人了，clarinet和trumpet的首席都是年轻黑
人，看上去在40岁以下，不过都是第二首席。second violin里面还有个扎辫子的高个
子黑人，拉琴的样子很不协调，呵呵

没有食用这些食（药）品，所以以前西方科学家得出了人需要吃肉补充B12的这样一个
巨大的错误结论。今天这一错误的结论仍然misleads着全世界很多的人。其实吃素营养
足够 更健康。含有B12的素食至少包括：
1） 紫菜 海带等海藻类 (spirulina)

现在日本中国欧洲美国的很多研究小组发现很多素食含有维生素b12, 由于欧洲人以前
没有食用这些食（药）品，所以以前西方科学家得出了人需要吃肉补充B12的这样一个
巨大的错误结论。今天这一错误的结论仍然misleads着全世界很多的人。其实吃素营养
足够 更健康。含有B12的素食至少包括：
1） 紫菜 海带等海藻类 (spirulina)
2） 各种各样的蘑菇 (mushroom), 这是日本科学家2012年作出的重要发现。见参考

3） 腐乳之类（tempeh）
4） 日本餐馆里都有的miso汤
5） 其它发酵的食品 如腊八豆
6） 紫花苜蓿（Alfalfa）含有各种大量的B1, B6, B12等。紫花苜蓿是亚洲人的食
物。阿拉伯人称之为食物之父。
7） 各种豆芽菜类 （sprout）
8） 日本的黑茶叶， 类似茶叶中国也有。
9） 传闻南美印第安人某些植物食品和中国的菠菜和馒头都含有维生素B12，红萝卜
放在室温下被表面的细菌分解后产生B12，这些有待进一步研究证实。
