year-old Mr. Koo Kuang-ming 辜寬敏 as DPP chairman.
Now Ms. Tsai proposes to do away with party primary to nominate people for
local election 1 1/2 years away.
Many foreign students, while in US, don;t read American newspapers due to
their poor English. Probably Pres. Ma and Ms. Tsai are among them. They go
abroad but learn nothing about Americans. |

he can give you very helpful suggestion when you need it. I faited once
during my preganancy and went to emergency room. The doctor there suggested
that i should do CT to make sure everything is ok. However, Dr. Tsai asked
them not to do that and just kept watching. Everything turned out fine. Of
course, i didn't need to worry my baby's health.

Gerald Tsai, 1929-2008）因「多种器官衰竭」病逝纽约曼哈顿；延至今天才為文，一
来是不想连续二天写悼念文章，二来是因為找不到多年前（可能三十多年前）所写的〈
蔡至勇大闹华尔街〉（内容已不复忆，题目则甚清楚），至今尚未找出─若有所失，不
愿下笔；当然，这几天可以一评的新闻太多，此事遂被搁下。不过，蔡氏六十年代在华
尔街翻云覆雨、点石成金，影响华尔街以至世界基金业生态至巨，令中国人扬眉吐气，
其人其事，不可无记。
蔡至勇生於上海，圣约翰中学毕业，一九四七年在圣约翰大学肄业时「政治形势危急」
，蔡氏举家移民美国；蔡至勇考入韦斯理大学，一年后转读波士顿大学经济学系，四九
年便获硕士学位─二十岁有此成绩，可见蔡至勇是「天才儿童」。蔡氏身故后数日，其
后人在美国报刊刊出的「传略」（声明是收费的「讣闻」─原来刊登这类「广告」是美
国报业开拓收入来源的新渠道），提及他还在波大的企管学院进修，唯未说他有否取得
商管硕士学位。

民數記的英文名字就是數目(Number)。所以在民數記裡，我們要特別注意相關的數
目，一切出現的數目，都有其屬靈的意義。因為我們的神是一位對數目非常清楚，作事
一點都不含糊的神。
當一個人犯罪得罪神時，如果他得罪神的同時，也虧負了人，那他就要把虧負的事
項，換算成銀兩，用1.2倍來償還。也就是全額賠償以外，還須加上20%作為利息來賠還。
如果這人得罪神的項目，不牽涉到虧負人，那他就要把虧負神的事，換成銀兩奉獻
給事奉神的祭司。如此這人的罪才能得赦免。換句話說，如果有人在十一奉獻的事上，
沒有照著做，那他就要連本帶利1.2倍來償還給祭司。這就是如數賠還，做了這事才能

Markets, with insider trading.
The charges come roughly one year after Tsai completed his undergrad studies
at New York University's Stern School of Business.
The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a related civil lawsuit in
Manhattan on Monday claiming that Tsai traded on merger knowledge he gained
at RBC before the deal was publicly announced on April 15.
