pads, 先用pads clean 干净患处， 再把 cream 涂在患处。另外preparation 还有颗
粒状的可以每天塞进去，那个会更有效一些！
要是大便干燥可以吃 colace或者买generic 的Docusate sodium stool softner...每
天两粒，喝大量的水。一般来说一周内会有明显好转，两周内会治愈。 要是再不行，
才需要去看外科医生，不过不建议。。。多吃蔬菜，保持运动和顺畅的排便才是最重要
的。 我老婆是医生，以上是她说的 。 |

先说说我的恢复。我生完后异常精神，3个小时就可以独立下床上厕所，但是步履蹒跚。
6个小时后换病房，我自己走了大概5分钟。痔疮带来的疼痛远远大于撕裂，尤其是坐在
床上喂奶的时候。个人感觉以下东西比较管用：
- 冰袋，我敷了三天。自己回家也可以做，在diaper里面的隔层装上冰块，然后用胶布
封好就行。
- Tuck pad也挺有用，擦洗撕裂和痔疮处，或者直接敷在患处。
- Jacuzzi，热水泡全身非常舒服。不要担心会感染。医院的Jacuzzi每次用的时候护士
都给消毒的。回家就没这条件了。
- 每次便后用医院给的那个小瓶冲洗，并且坐浴。
- 痔疮膏。Preparation H
- 止疼药。我就吃的是普通的Ipuprophen.
- stool softener 和prune juice. 对我的用处不是很大。生后第一次大号，痛的鼻涕
眼泪鲜血一起流。坐浴缓解一些。以后就好很多了。所以有痔疮的姐妹不要害怕，我没
生之前就有，一直担心生产的过程中会不堪入目，结果也还好，变大了一些，但一个星
期后基本恢复到从前的大小。
月子我基本没有怎么好好躺着过，我妈老说我是走月子。我仗着自己身 |

疮，但是从来没什么感觉，就是突出来的一块小肉。生完宝宝后，除了原来的那个痔疮
，另外还出来三个痔疮，都好疼啊，用手摸了都好大个。加上侧切伤口也疼，大便也不
敢用力，所以大便也不正常起来，肚子每天都好胀。说实话，那会觉得侧切伤口远远没
有痔疮疼，也因为这个哭过好几回，用过开塞露，也没什么太大用处。月子里我妈不准
我吃任何水果，说是冷的，对胃不好，于是乎便秘问题也越来越严重，经常是肚子胀的
要命，在马桶上一坐半天却什么也没出来，为此没少生妈妈的气，觉得让我吃一点点水
果也好呀。生完后一直吃止疼药，医生说对母乳没影响，开始还不想吃呢，怕不好，医
生反复说没事，再加上实在疼，就吃了整整两个月。本来还开了铁片，医生说吃了铁会
加重便秘，就没吃了。每次不管大便还是小便都要用温水洗洗，然后用个tucks片贴在
长痔疮的地方，经常换一下，会好一点。我生了以后医院给了个盆，说是保险cover的
，正好是放在马桶上的尺寸，然后还有个袋子装水用的，里面有根管子通到这个盆里，
管口可以对着痔疮或伤口冲，也很有用的。我是过了两个月以 |

cold pads)贴一片在有痔疮的地方,你感觉又有点疼的时候就再贴一片新的上去，会舒
服好多。然后吃医生开的motrin就不怎么疼了，对母乳没影响的。我现在经历着讨厌漫
长的堵奶，也在吃motrin呢。过段时间就会好了，这需要一个过程。我以前也是痔疮疼
的好多天没大大，也不敢大大，碰到那里就疼，但是肚子又好涨，就用开塞露暂时缓解
一下痛楚。我也是痔疮的疼痛让我忘记了侧切伤口的疼痛。但愿mm早日康复。

胀痛，且越来越严重，四周多了，还是走路不舒服，几乎无法正坐硬的椅子。自己看了
看半个GM肿了。因为缝针已经到了GM，所以起初以为是伤口感染了。结果今天看了OB，
说那是痔疮。哭啊。。。OB给开了tucks pad 和anasol H，不知道管不管用。另外自
己搜了一下，有人说马应龙好用，不知道这个对母乳喂养是安全的吗? 另外有姐妹吃
过那个强力化痣灵药片吗？美妈们有什么治痔疮的好法子分享一下！怎么解决这个不能正坐的问题呀。不久要回去上班，到时候还不能正坐的话怎么办呢? 发愁。
OB还检查了vagina。外面还好，里面有一团型态似石榴籽的东西，有点吓人，没记住OB
说的具体是什么东西。不过OB说一般六到八周会自己吸收，所以现在也不担心它。好奇
一下，有姐妹知道那是什么吗？

e the tucks pad and Preparation H, don't use "Ma Ying Long" since it has "Sh
e Xiang" which will enter breastmilk and not good for baby.
As to the vagina stuff, are you talking about granulation tissue? I had it a
nd just get it removed today (5 months after delievery), not a big deal.
