金苹果其实又叫榲桲，quince, 在我国新疆地区就很多，金苹果在烹调中应用已经有几千年了，
有名的新疆抓饭就有用金苹果的。金苹果在中东，地中海地区的饮食里也很受欢迎。
我们要做的就是金苹果炖羊腿，这个菜在北非很受欢迎，做法变化很多，选了个突尼斯
的方子，大厨是领导，俺帮厨，本来早就要做了，不想一个不留神，羊腿被领导做光了
，今天才买了羊腿再做。
