“风能可以通过风车来提取。当风吹动涡轮时，风力带风车动绕轴旋转，使得风能转化
为机械能。而风能转化量直接与空气密度、涡轮扫过的面积和风速的三次方成正比。风
吹过风机涡轮（Wind turbine）而使得风速减弱，这也限制了涡轮可提取的能量。1919
年，德国物理学家贝兹（Betz, 1885-1968）认为，不管如何设计涡轮，风机最多只能
提取风中59%的能量，此称为贝兹极限定律（Betz limit）。现今正在运作的涡轮所能
达到的极限约为35%。[3]大多数风机实际效率范围从5%到25%。”
关于“涡轮扫过的面积”似乎是估算理论最大能量值用的，实际用来发电的涡轮并不是
按这个理论最佳状态设计的，扫过的面积中大量的风完全没有损失动能，所以效率只有
5%-25%而且不等。 |

涡扇发动机里面驱动主轴依靠的是涡轮(turbine)而不是压气机（compressor），后者
以及风扇都是被主轴带着转。转速都不一样，所以轴有多根，GE两根，罗罗三根。

400瓦一天就算只运行10小时，也可以产生4度电。每度电只算0.1刀的话，一天就可以
产生0.4刀。1000天也就是3年左右就能回本。当然维护成本没有考虑。

有一位傑出網友，網名Newyorker，很多年前曾經寫過一篇非常精采的文章定義「什麼
人是紅脖子」，作者記得其中一條特別好笑，在填表的時候，Sex 這一欄，「紅脖子」
會填「as much as possible」。
笑歸笑，「紅脖子」也不是好惹的。你看，2016年，「紅脖子」不就成功地把川普送上
了美國總統的寶座嗎？
同樣地，在台灣也有一大批無知的、觀念狹窄、沒見過世面、目光如鼠的人，他（她）
們共同的特性是：
他（她）們每天在台灣雞毛蒜皮的事物之中打轉，不理睬外面的廣大世界；
他（她）們每天高談「轉型正義」，卻不知如何幹實事；

一个例子就是美帝著名 M1A2 坦克的高端大气 turbine 发动机，在宇宙中心
Sunnyvale 堵车的时候只能叫 AAA 拖车拉走。
当然美帝训练的人为失误肯定有。。。但就算再人为失误，这么现代化自动化的高级盾
舰，就算值班的打瞌睡，那连撞两次十八轮也说不过去。。。我老总觉得有硬件系统的

GE found out Zheng put 19,000 files on a thumb drive in 2014. They sat him
down, asked him about it, and he said he deleted them.

第一乘波体”的飞行实验，在30000米以上的高空实现了M5.5-6的高超音速飞行，延续
时间达400秒以上。消息传来，人们自然振奋不已。但在当前的“厉害了”vs“掐脖子
”之争的影响下，人们不禁疑惑：“星空2号”到底是厉害了，还是不厉害？果不其然
，马上有打脸党出来声称，美国在8年前就用X-51实现了M5+的高超音速飞行，连X-51的
名称都叫“乘波体”。
航空航天世界正在进入高超音速竞赛，第一枪是土鳖国打响的，那就是2017年3月6日由
美国航空航天学会（简称AIAA）、土鳖国工程院主办、厦门大学承办召开的第21届国际
