action, stop at top, check a bit; slow motion impact and release several

. That's just hindsight 20/20 with a bias of bitterness.
Methinks the turbulent coaching changes have more to do about the production

view was a really risky move, if not just plain bad.

undercut is about 6 or 7 feet underwater. Most likely people float at
surface.
But there are always various chances: if you fall from the tip of raft when
it go vertical, you get push down by the raft, kick down by your teammate,
turbulence may drag you down ...
If you are experienced enough, you have the option to run it without guide,
but no one will actually check your skill level. |

在苏联, A-72运输机采用了USB的设计, 但是不清楚这个型号是否退役了. |

风比较大，很强的turbulance, 在比较低的高度1300ft飞了一个多小时（模拟在windy
的情况下，降落之前的pattern)，最后颠的我自己都想吐了，有什么锻炼的办法可以克
服air sick? |

flight school was out of 152s for my time slot. yeah 172 does feel heavier
but it's more stable in turbulence.
152s climb pretty poorly at higher density altitude (unless you have one of
the modified versions with improved engine I think). |

instrument rating checkride日期一改再改,不是大风湍流,就是雨雪低压. 昨天上午
做了口试, 中午的时候到处都是25G39, 只好取消了飞行部分.
考官是个非常耐斯的老太太. 口试远比想象的简单, 所有我关注的各种难偏怪题一个没
问. Instrument rating口试中故意为难人的题目是有名的花样繁多, 比如各种奇怪的
近进程序, 让人眼花的missed程序, GPS进近MDA下面有和没有灰色斜线有什么区别，或
者一个明确写明不能做为仪表备降机场的机场什么情况下可以做为仪表备降机场之类,
等等等等. 老太太问的基本都是一些经典教科书类的问题, 稍微要让人想的一下的问题
算是一个从爱地到香岩城的IFR飞行是否需要transponder.
可惜天公不做美,当天考不了实际飞行部分,后面几天天气预报都很糟糕. 在煎熬中度过
一天, 今天下午有个短短的窗口, 气象条件不算太糟糕. 当时本地有一个中度湍流的

买套Yoke + pedals, 装上免费的fligtGear飞模拟.
飞机就选172, 然后找条又宽又长的跑道, approach descent/landing configuration.
一开始在无风环境中练习side slip, 要稳稳的压死某条选定的白线,
并能熟练的从跑道左边side slip到右边, vice versa.
然后开侧风, 从5节逐渐加到20节,
在开turbulence. |

发帖数: 1432 | 44 这套练习中, cross wind和turbulence指的是跑道上0~50尺的风, 主要为增加难度用.
既然是在模拟上练习, 飞机保持离地面5尺做就好了. 就是做low approach (low
pass), 飞机处于flare的高度, 但是不flare, 不touch down. 专门练side slip.
也可以叫教练先带你去做几个真实的low pass, 然后在自己搭的模拟机上反复练习.
side slip练习能有效提高cross control情况下手眼脚的协调性.
Side slip练好后(i.e.任何时候飞机都是稳定的,完全受你控制. 再大的风也不会被吹
的乱飘)就可以练习flare. 无非就是在上面的情况下把飞机给拉stall了. 如果上面练
习好了, 这个就比较容易了. |

感觉深刻的是，
1，风中turbulance很多，飞机很容易上下左右动来动去，不好控制
2, 转弯不敢加太大的bank angle，担心容易吹翻
3,整个操作下来，动作僵硬，maneuver不流畅，虽然降落顺利，但感觉还是欠佳。
请问大家对在风中飞行有什么心得和注意事项么？ |

发帖数: 96 | 46 在天上的时候风再大也只是影响ground speed，飞机其实没什么感觉的。唯一要注意的
就是如果有稍微强烈一点点的turbulence的话要把速度降到maneuvering speed以下，
防止机身结构受力太大。
飞pattern的话我估计你教练也应该经常会提醒你注意crabbing以保持那个长方形的
pattern而不是给风吹歪了。风大的时候可以保持更高的airspeed，尤其是侧风的时候
可以slip to land，这样更容易保持在runway center line上面。

加了半程马拉松，感觉很好就开始训练。之后又参加了考拉半程马拉松，25K。前后大
概一年半时间。看着自己日渐增加的奔跑距离，和日渐减少的体重和腰围感受到了跑步
的乐趣和好处。下面为自己纪录一下准备的历程。
装备:
跑步是人类最原始，最简单的运动。有人说跑步是你和路的对话，你唯一需要的就是一
双鞋。
我喜欢简单，简洁的生活方式。所以我喜欢跑步。
但是人们发明了很多运动装备，保护runner身体,提高成绩，让这个对话过程更愉快。
最重要也是唯一的装备：
跑鞋 ($60-70)
根据自己脚型。和奔跑姿势Gait我选择缓冲型的跑鞋（buffering）.我喜欢NIKE
turbulent 360 airbubble。跑鞋选择最好在准备买前到店里穿一下，店内小跑以下。
与我常穿的旅游鞋写不同，好的鞋穿上以后给你一种奔跑的冲动。
鞋号大概比正常鞋号大半号到一号左右。因为跑步时脚部因血液冲注会增大。另外，有
人说每300mile左右换新鞋。我的前一双鞋已经有300多还是很好很耐穿，使我的常备训
练鞋。
