A French warplane has destroyed a Libyan plane which had been flying in
breach of the UN no-fly zone, French officials say.
The plane, a smaller trainer aircraft, had just landed in the besieged city

西方有一个断代，大概就是400年到1000年左右的时间。这期间，罗马帝国解体，基督
教势力愈发强大，围绕基督教产生了很多新的现代国家的雏形。
那罗马人哪里去了。罗马城破以后，西方就没有罗马了，但是罗马的人没有被种族清洗
，他们跟其他民族逐渐混血，经过多年，已经分不出过去意义上的种族，只有一个国家
的区分。没有人说西班牙是 西哥特人的西班牙，没有人说德国是alamanian,bavarian,
saxonian的德国。过去他们是不同族群，后来演变成了整体。只有地方语言继续保留旧
时特色。用文化圈和地理位置划分区域。单独的说某个日耳曼蛮族，确实没什么成就，

发帖数: 839 | 48 德国飞行安全机构“飞机事故数据中心”（JACDEC）今晨发布2012年度航空公司安全排
行报告。报告显示，自1945年以来，2012年为航空事故数量最少的一年，但是这并不意
味着所有航空公司都“安全”。数据显示，在全球十大最危险的航空公司中，中国台湾
的中华航空公司位列榜首。
报告显示，2012年飞机事故造成的死亡人数达到了496人，较2011年的498人只有轻
微下滑。而机身事故数量也只比2011年的45起下滑了1起，为44起。
此外，该机构通过统计过去30年以来全球各大航空公司的机身事故的数量以及死亡人数
最终得出榜单，但是并未将机身事故发生的原因考虑在内。通过统计全球60家航空公司
的事故数据，中华航空公司凭借8起机身事故、755人死亡的“高数量”高居最危险航空
公司排行榜榜首。位列第二、第三的分别是巴西的TAM航空公司以及印度航空公司。
2002年5月25日,中华航空公司一架飞往香港的客机在起飞后约半小时与地面失去联
络。调查推测客机在空中解体，机上207名乘客和19名机组成员全部遇难。
