really simple... try to not worry too much about if my hips turn too much
during backs wing or the wrist hinge.. instead I just focus on making a full
, smooth shoulder turn and having that nice little pause at the top.
今天拿了两根wedge到range上去，试着把其他一切都忘掉，把所有思想集中在这个full
shoulder turn 和 nice little pause at the top上。果然管用，60度wedge稳定
carry 100码，平时这个距离我都是用56度的，而56今天carry 115左右。杆头速度明显快了，砸在mat上的声音都沉了很多。
今后在练习中要着重这个简单有用的swing thought. |

up swing shoulder 带 arm。 我经常用右手拉左手完成shoulder turn，这样就会无意
识中off swing plane。 down swing要forget about arm， 我的毛病就是累了就会
initiate down swing from arm， 这样越用力越悲剧 。

much over your edge but not inside of your turn. It is a "bad habit" though
in that it will get you into trouble at higher speeds and on steeper terrain
. The reason is due to centrifugal force; that force that tends to pull you
to the outside of the turn at speed. How this negatively affects you is this

发帖数: 2062 | 5 这两周最大的收获是：可以流畅的连起来short turn啦！一开始我以为short turn就是
左一下skid右一下skid，练了一阵很郁闷，如果中间不小跳一下很难平稳又快的连起来
，后来发现如果像carving一样左右交替移动重心，一下子感觉流畅了很多！高手请指
点一下，我的感觉对否？
然后就雄心勃勃的去黑道了，才发现原来黑道这么陡，后退两米就看不到道了，心里一
窃动作都变形了，最主要的是身体不敢前倾，更可恶的是昨天这个小雪场的黑道中间做
的全是蘑菇，再加上脚底下黄澄澄的冰，摔的我斯里哗啦的。。。我是对黑道有心理阴
影了，其实雪好的话我是能在黑道上carve的。。。
对了还有一点发现，在绿岛或者蓝岛上carve的时候我发现主要是下山的脚在着力，但
是到了更陡的道上我发现上山的雪橇也很重要，刚开始的时候因为我上山的雪橇角度没
有准备好很狼狈。
现在的目标就是能够用short turn下整理过的没有蘑菇（恨死蘑菇了，我就在蘑菇地带
的边缘蹭了蹭就摔了好几回）的黑道，但是这个速度怎么控制得更慢点呢？ |

不要急着quick turn，那个是更高级的技术。也不要总是去z turn，j turn的，那些都
是一开始的基本功，都连不起来。要link |

发帖数: 2071 | 10 第一句话，水到渠成。先把其他动作练好。我自己是在较轻松地游1500丫后开始练flip
turn的。刚开始时很糗，前滚翻是做了，就是过了，180度的somesault搞成了360度，
面向池壁。
首先是开始时距离感觉不好。怕撞头，所以turn得premature，转身后蹬不到墙或即使
蹬到也无力。这个距离因人而异，我的感觉是大概1.5个臂长。
距离找到后，停止划臂，头先向前，腰背部前探，头部再向后试图贴chest，腹部收紧
，膝盖上提，双臂夹耳。身体展开蹬壁不能在转身完毕之前，否则身体易成垂直态，成
为阻力墙。
转身完毕时是仰姿，两手交叠至于头前，再streamline翻身继续freestyle。我在25丫
的泳道做了4个来回，感觉和以往触壁转身大不一样，毕竟一个flip turn后快三分之一
的距离就过去了。

要使劲用蝶泳腿，所以出水后呼吸要调整一下。用open turn就没问题，有没有有同感

如果你觉得flip turn又快又省力又顺, open turn 又慢又费力又别扭，flip就练好了。
不然，坚持翻就是了，水到渠成的事。 |

记得有人对我说过："Any self respecting swimmer needs to learn flip turn".
惭愧之下，我也开始练flip turn了。
过程就不多讲了，总之比较惨。克服了许多困难之后，还有一个大麻烦。我老是擦到池
底。是不是翻转的不够？身体打开太早？ |

发帖数: 16647 | 24 一位网友的一句话，让我想起了这首歌。。。抛去歌曲本身旋律的一些带有Aqua烙印的
混音效果，这首歌其实是一首上上乘之作，特别是结合了歌词和这首插曲feature的电
影“Sliding Doors”后。。记得我在看过某期音乐杂志后特意去看了这部电影。。。
一般吧。。有点像罗拉快跑那种感觉。。。就是感觉生活就是一刹那的事情，晚了1秒
钟，什么事情都改变了。。挺俗的剧情，但就像“我爱你”这种俗气的台词和送玫瑰这种
大众的行为，再怎么样都不会被淘汰。。。
人生最大的愿望除了长生不死以外，可能就是turn back time了。。。
相对更具有现实功利意义的长生，带有些许古典和浪漫气质的turn back time倒显得更
符合人类最根本的诉求。

lz没有说错 当时前车司机确实想打U-turn，此消息准确可靠。当然，我100%赞同事故
责任完全是后方司机，听到这个悲剧的时候，我和大家都一样非常悲痛。但我们也要吸
